AVOID: Poor quality product and poor service
Poor quality product. I am installing the items now. As a professional installer, the product is chipping off very easily between each screws. Very, Very disappointing. I could have ordered much better product from Wicks and much cheaper price compared to Wren.
The delivery person as damaged the items during delivery and walk off.
The store does not support the after purchased request.

My problem involved a unit that was not fitting correctly, and some extra panels that were needed and she resolved it quickly and efficiently. We visited Wren in Huddersfield and met James Duffy
We visited Wren in Huddersfield and met with James Duffy who was very professional and very efficient. The design process was very thorough and helped is make our decision. Although we did not progress with James / Wren, there was no force to use Wren and the whole experience was really good.
Even when we informed James that we are going elsewhere (we wanted a free standing kitchen, something Wren don’t do), there was not pushy sales experience.
