We are living in a domestic nightmare due to a catastrophic breakdown of care, vetting, and service by Wren Kitchens (Abingdon branch).

Wren explicitly sourced and booked our installer, Simon Thomas of Red Dragon Home Improvements.

Trusting Wren's professional endorsement, we paid this fitter a £3,500 bank transfer deposit for supplementary works. He was a complete no-show on three separate dates (14th, 16th, and 21st September) with zero communication. We have since discovered via public records that he is actively insolvent, facing hundreds of thousands in debt, and has a history of dissolving companies. The contractor Wren forced into our home has effectively stolen £3,500 from us.

Wren's attempt to rectify this was to send a "remedial" fitter who admitted he couldn't do the required supplementary work anyway, rendering the kitchen completely uninstallable.

Following our request for a full refund, Wren's customer service team went completely silent and outrageously sent an automated email marking our case as "CLOSED".

Our home is currently a total building site. In preparation for the promised installation, we ripped out our old kitchen down to bare walls and exposed bricks. We have been left with no functioning kitchen facilities for over two weeks. To make matters worse, our entire living room is completely unusable, crammed full of massive, unopened Wren delivery crates that they are using our home to warehouse.

We have officially rejected the contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and issued a formal Letter Before Action to Managing Director Mark Pullan. We are actively pursuing all legal and financial avenues to ensure a full refund and contract cancellation.

Wren took our money, sent us a rogue contractor, left our home in ruins, and then closed the file. Appalling behaviour from a national brand.

I had a great experience with Wren Kitchens. The whole process was smooth and professional, and the service was excellent from start to finish.

I’d especially like to mention O Firouzia, who did a fantastic job. He was professional, helpful and made sure everything was handled properly. His hard work and attention to detail really stood out.

Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received from Wren and would definitely recommend them to others.

M mccarthy is very friendly, a true gentleman was very professional and thorough and completed his survey and measured everything properly. He talked me through all the survey and left me completely satisfied with the results.

Excellent delivery service today from Rob and John. Communication in the run up to the delivery was great and they kept us updated on actual delivery time before they arrived. They managed to station the lorry on the road so it didn't obstruct traffic and emptied the order very quickly and carefully placed it in the property ensuring we were still able to access the room. Very friendly and extremely efficient service. Many thanks Rob and John!

Absolutely horrendous experience with Wren. I’ve had to take my complaint the the Ombudsman. They fraudulently signed my bedroom off as complete without my permission or signature. They covered up live electrical sockets. The fitter didn’t turn up on 3 seperate occasions. Dealing with Wren customer service team is laughable. They are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and absolutely NO WAY would I use them again! Do yourself a favour and go with a different company!

Only been design stage yet but so far so good with wren , can't comment on quality and fitting but in store and surveying have been spot on , survey by L Albrow

Had my wren delivered today by M craddock & ste, brilliant service from them both! They were friendly, polite and professional, and took great care when bringing everything into my home. They were really helpful and made the whole delivery completely hassle-free.
