Had a good experience with O Firouzia, was on-time and polite. Answered all my questions and was very happy with his job.

We recently had a G Bansal from Wren Kitchens Coventry team visit to take the final measurements of our completed extension, ready to pass on to our kitchen designer. It turned out to be a really helpful visit—not just a measuring appointment.
He was friendly and easy to talk to, and we had a great conversation about our plans. Seeing the space in person meant he could offer practical suggestions on cabinet choices and what would work best in the room. He also gave us plenty of useful advice about our utility room, bringing up ideas and options we hadn’t considered.
What stood out most was that he took an interest in helping us get the most out of the space, rather than simply taking the measurements and leaving. We really appreciated his knowledge and the care he put into the visit.
A very positive experience with Wren and a big thank you to him for going the extra mile. A real credit to the team!

Delivery guys kept us up to date for the delivery times, were quick, safe and efficient.

S Jeffs was really professionally and friendly. Was very patient with us and answers all our queries.

The entire order (50483868) was delivered on time. Gareth and Pete’s team unloaded all the units quickly and with the utmost care. The guys were friendly, attentive, and careful. We are very grateful to them!

So first experience of wren has been the home measure
I was very anxious about just a design service in case I had some inaccuracies hence was attracted to wren as they offer this free of charge and without obligation
My home measure appointment earlier today has reassured me and given me confidence abput the next step of the design
O Firouzia arrived on time, was efficient, polite and respectful

The consultant measured quickly but remained polite and friendly.

Joseph was very polite.
After some quick data checks he open up the plans quickly understood where the problem was with the kitchen.
He then arranged for a new worktop, cut to the correct size to be sent out as soon as possible.

Our kitchen fitters have turned up today only to find that we were missing a wall unit, strangely the end panel & baton were showing but the actual wall unit, drivers, lights and pelmet were missing - panick!
Spoke to Joseph who sorted this with no issues at all and has arranged a delivery for the 5th of October which I’m hoping our fitters can accommodate the added time to finish this off.

I had to ring wren to get all my certificates for the kitchen I had done that was in 2015 spoke to a lady called Caitlin so so help full when we had kitchen done they were so good the installers still happy with it after all these years Tina

Gurvinder Bansal gave me an hour time slot for arrival. He contacted me with precise arrival time. Gave lots of useful guidance to get the most from the appointment with the designer. Polite, friendly, thanks for your help.

Absolutely useless company – a total nightmare from start to finish.

They owe me money following the problems I experienced with my kitchen, yet they have managed to send the cheque to my previous address, rather than the address where I actually live — which is also the address where the kitchen they supplied and installed is located.

I have also previously had a review removed from Trustpilot, so I genuinely wonder whether they will try to challenge this one too.

After everything I have already had to deal with, even receiving the money I am owed has become another problem to sort out.

The whole experience has been exhausting, frustrating and completely unnecessary. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company. Avoid.
