We had a fantastic experience at DFS thanks to Matt. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured. He answered all of our questions patiently and helped us find the perfect chair. We’re absolutely delighted with our purchase and really appreciated Matt’s excellent customer service. Great customer service Banbury!
We went to your Banbury store and were served by Paul. He was extremely helpful, informative and answered all our questions.
We were looking for a small corner sofa which he helped us find. Paul's customer service was excellent, without being pushy which is very refreshing these days.
We have purchased a sofa and look forward to receiving it in 12 weeks time.
