I was warmly welcomed into the store…
I was warmly welcomed into the store and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. David one of the sales personnel took me round and showed me various sofas explaining them in detail. I was very impressed by not only him but how well the store was laid out and the cleanliness of it. The customer service exceeded my expectations and was excellent.

It was a relatively quick transaction helped by the fact we were given time on our own to decide and not pestered with irrelevant information.
