I ordered a sofa and was assured that asi have arthritis in my hands it was right for me as I wouldn't be able to plump cushions and sofa seats alot,sofa came it was like a big mint aero all lumpy and I was told o ye its like that and it will settle but it never,had a phone call and asked for someone to come out but was told there's no point its the type of filling and I explained that I wouldn't of picked it cos I can't plump up everyday it looked awful but no one wants to no

What I like about this store there is…
What I like about this store there is no hard sell. You are left alone to browse and make your own choices. When you have decided what you want you ask a member of the staff ( in my case Matt ) and they get everything sorted for you.
