The store smells amaising, always is.
The staff are amaising, was seen by the manager yesterday who was so helpful, went back today with family member to help me decide, we were helped by Tim and I finally made my purchase through him, all very easy and a pleasure. I went to this store after the furniture warehouse staff couldn't have cared less, sooo pleased I did.

Great experience
Kerry was really great, walked me through all the ins and outs of the new sofa and how to take care of it. We were offered a drink whilst we sat down to complete the paperwork and she was really friendly.
