DFS Furniture Reviews 

The store had a large range of furniture and we finally made our choice the staff were extremely helpful and answered all out questions.
The only down side is the ridiculous amount for delivery but realising this is a bargain chip.

10/10 experience at DFS and that's all thanks to Hardeep and Manager Yohan! Both very experienced, super welcoming and helped me find a perfect sofa after my hunt for years! Thanks again to both men.

We came to purchase the Country Living collection. Our advisor was super passionate and really friendly. She obviously loves her job!

We weren’t pressured and could look around until we had questions & wanted to order. The assistant was pleasant, not pushy, very affable & helpful & gave all the necessary information without us loosing the will to live.

The service in store was fantastic. A lovely Lady called May helped me identify the sofa which was right for me. She was a wealth of knowledge around all the different sizes and models. I was super impressed. A few weeks later when it came to purchasing the Sofa a gentleman called Lee helped me. He was very friendly, polite, knowledable and made buying my first sofa a fun experience

I had been in the Paisley branch a few times looking at the new Falcon, before finally deciding to go ahead and purchase it. Had a lovely conversation with Lavina. Her knowledge of the product was impressive. Although she was on a commission basis, there was no hard sell, she wanted to make sure I was totally happy with my purchase before proceeding.
