Sofa great initially, one of the recliner ends broke after 16 months, put in a call for someone to come round, but before they came they asked us to photograph the broken part. Told 12 weeks for a new part - my husband needs to put his feet up for medical reasons and he's not been able to do this now since May. 2 months now and still no fix, still waiting for the part, and he can't sit comfortably, which is really unacceptable, very disappointed in the after-care.

We popped into the Wednesbury store to look for our dream sofa, as we wanted to find the right piece to fit into our newly renovated home. Couldn’t wish for better customer service and knowledge, no pushy salesman at all just let us browse at our leisure and helped us when we needed it. We came across the Lorenzo sofa, it was exactly what we were looking for. The friendly sales team provided an excellent service, giving us in depth information about the sofa and the after care options we could chose from. We are very happy with our choice and cannot wait for DFS to deliver our new soda. Would highly recommend this store if you’re after a new sofa.

The experience in the store was great!
However the measurements we were given was wrong meaning that the sofa doesn't fit. We realized this at delivery so kept one piece in the box hoping to return it to be told that we couldn't and have to get rid of it ourselves.

I visited the DFS furniture store aValley Park Croydon on Monday 20th July with my mum and best friend, as I needed to order sofas, I had only moved in the last month and had an accident breaking a bone in foot,so was on crutches, on entering the store my mum enquired about parking and was given information where to park, on entering the store we had a look round, was pleased to be left alone to browse without interruption until we needed assistance, a lovely member of staff Peter helped us with our sofas and made us all a drink, he took the time to talk to us like human beings! even got us a free cleaning product for the sofa, nothing was too much trouble his manager who's name escapes me was also helpful but Peter was great at his job and cared about our shopping experience, recommend this store for great service.

I had an excellent experience with the salesperson Matthew Soole in DFS Plymouth.

He listened carefully to what my quite specific requirements were for a sofa for my disabled son, and showed me many options.

His approach was friendly and kind, he did not come across as pushing for a sale which I really appreciated, and I was delighted that he found me a very suitable sofa for my son in the clearance section.

In addition Matt’s follow up support was also very good, as I needed to speak to him a couple of times about delivery.

I will definitely use DFS again and would like to thank Matt for providing such great customer service.
