Excellent service and communication from Gavin Gordon. He is always professional. He was very patient when showing us around the property. We found him to be honest in his approach and clear as to what was expected from the transaction which enabled us to make a clear and informed offer. We didn't feel as if we were having the "wool pulled over our eyes" so to speak which was very much our experience of the other agencies that we dealt with previously.

Gavin was very polite and helpful over the phone and during the viewing. It was very quick and easy to arrange the viewing with him.

Gavin was really helpful with our search and much friendlier than some other estate agents that we have dealt with recently.

Hollie Hennessey was a new starter at the Surbiton branch of Chancellors. She struggled a little bit when she first took on the property (due to what appeared to be an understandable lack of training) but has since managed to sell our flat in good time and at a decent price.

I have had a good rapport with Gavin who works at the Surbiton Branch for a long time and he has provided me with excellent service. Hoping he will help sell my studio flat in Surbiton in the very near future.
