I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from this company. My experience has been both frustrating and distressing, and I feel compelled to raise a formal complaint.
Each time I have contacted this organisation, I have been passed from one agent or department to another, with no clear answers or accountability. It is evident that there is a lack of communication and coordination between the teams, as no one appears to have the necessary information or authority to assist me properly.
Recently, I returned home after a long day at work to find that I had been issued a Section 21 notice without any prior warning or explanation. This came as a complete shock, particularly as I have not been informed of any fault on my part. The situation has caused me significant stress and anxiety, especially given that I have an ongoing health condition which has worsened since receiving this notice.
Despite making several attempts to seek clarification, I have been unable to get a straightforward answer to a simple and reasonable question—whether I am permitted to vacate the property before the eviction date in order to avoid paying an additional month’s rent. Instead, I have been left going in circles, repeatedly explaining my situation to different individuals without resolution.
This level of service is unacceptable. I expect a prompt, clear, and accurate response to my query, as well as a proper review of how my case has been handled. No customer should have to endure this level of confusion and lack of support during such a stressful situation.

Great experience working with Jordan Cook and Walid Javadi. They coordinated and managed seamlessly the move-out of the existing tenants and the move-in of the new tenants. Current tenants left some of their furniture behind and they managed that handover to the new tenants with a very clear and detailed documentation between all parties involved. I have rented with Knight Frank since 2020, and everything was fine until recently. They agreed to allow an early surrender in December, with the landlord agreeing to February marketing and a March start date. (I paid 6 months in advance). They purposely did not market my flat in February and told me that until another two-bed was occupied, my flat would essentially not be marketed or be open to any viewings.
Luckily, the flat they were prioritizing did get a tenant late February, but I had to wait a whole month. By the way, the flat they prioritized had a March 9th start date, when I told them months ahead—in mid-february—that the flat would be vacant.
Now it is March, they are doing viewings*,** and the agent has the audacity to tell me that another two-bed is taken**,** but not mine, as mine is part of their "viewing tours"—so no independent treatment for my flat like the one mentioned above.*
After 6 years of renting with them, the level of respect and treatment has been very poor.
