Love bare biology! I’ve tried the omega three oil for my son who has adhd tendencies and some mild eczma and it’s helped him enormously. I noticed his skin is far less itchy and he’s noticeably calmer and more able to focus when he takes the action heroes. Their adult vitamin D spray and omega 3 capsules are wonderful too, the latter having with no fishy after taste.
