Unprofessional behaviour

One of the agents, Gaving Gordon at the Surbiton brunch confirmed a viewing in the late morning, for 5 pm. In the mid-afternoon, I changed the appointment to 5:30 pm. When I turned up for the appointment he wasn't there, and the tenant didn't let me in. I emailed him to say it's important he confirms with the tenant/landlord before confirming the viewing, so I don't have to waste my time and journey costs. He was very aggressive on the phone saying he just found out this. He confirmed the viewing at 11:37 he had plenty of time to check the viewing is ok with the tenant. For him to raise his voice to his client like that is unacceptable. Very appalling.
