Professional and friendly agent.
I have been having interactions with Gatekeeper for over 20 years. Only been a good experience, can't think of anything bad.

the agent was very informative and welcoming, made us feel at ease from the start

The agent was very accommodating as I was running late due to traffic issues. She was willing to wait for me and still not rush me around the viewing and she was still willing to answer all my questions

Clare was very helpful in showing us around this property in Witney.
She managed to answer all of our questions to a great standard helping us get a great idea of the house.
She was very friendly and very welcoming.

When going for a viewing, we had Elizabeth. She took her time to show us around and tell us the details about the property. She made some great selling points in the property. From applying for a viewing with gatekeeper from the get go was such an easy and smooth experience.

Karolina from Gatekeeper attended us and she was very helpful.

They found me a new tenant quickly. The exit & clean up of the previous tenant was organised smoothly as was the moving in of the new tenant.
Lucy Ford is my point of contact & is very responsive & efficient.
I also like the fact that Gatekeeper is local & independent.

Kenya and Taylor were quick to find us some tenants, they were thorough and proactive at taking pictures and marketing our property. They are polite, nice people. Only not giving 5 stars because I had a few confusing automated emails that weren't accurate.

Harry was very polite and helpful he was knowledgeable.

Taylor took care of us mostly from start to finish, she is very professional and informative, constantly giving us updates on how the property is doing and advice on where the market is going. Incredibly passionate and always happy to help, thank you again, absolutely amazing!
