I have received nothing short of excellent service from Chancellors with regards the rental of my property (finding new tenants).

Chancellors have been fantastic throughout our sale process. They kept us regularly updated while the property was on the market and made good, well considered recommendations on what adjustments we should make to decor and pricing based on viewing feedback. After securing the sale their excellent sales progression team kept momentum, which was a tough job as our original solicitors were incredibly inefficient. One of the agents, Gaving Gordon at the Surbiton brunch confirmed a viewing in the late morning, for 5 pm. In the mid-afternoon, I changed the appointment to 5:30 pm. When I turned up for the appointment he wasn't there, and the tenant didn't let me in. I emailed him to say it's important he confirms with the tenant/landlord before confirming the viewing, so I don't have to waste my time and journey costs. He was very aggressive on the phone saying he just found out this. He confirmed the viewing at 11:37 he had plenty of time to check the viewing is ok with the tenant. For him to raise his voice to his client like that is unacceptable. Very appalling.
