I shop at Wickes in Staines daily and the staff on the front end particularly Rouba, Vasuki and Daisy are very helpful and I look forward to seeing them every day.

Wickes nightmare continues bent over bath at 82 washing up cups and plates as no water in kitchen four weeks of chaos trying to get round boxes fridge freezer blocking hallway old kitchen smashed up in front garden strange how when we cancelled order and told them to collect delivery that 1 man turned up to start ripped kitchen out and nothing in four weeks nothing done never pay for something up front kitchen ordered and paid for in march

I went to the Wickes in Northampton Riverside Retail Park. I purchased some compost and was on my way back to the car with my friend who has a disability. Paul, the store manager called out and asked if we needed a hand. We were struggling to get the bags in car and he came over ,put the bags in the car for us. He wished us a good day. Thank you so much Paul for your assistance, you are a credit to Wickes.

Was in the burgess hill store today and Shirl was on hand to help me, and what a great job she did!

Jonathan from Thetford, Norfolk was amazing! He was attentive from start to finish. He sourced some fire proof adhesive, he helped me select my tiles and even went online and found the very black matt ones I needed! He then completed an online order for me! Then after this was all completed he carried everything to my car and loaded them it!
Amazing customer service, totally respectfully, and treated me as a valued customer ! I'd give 6 stars if I could!

Bought a kitchen which i thought was expensive at the time but my wife was happy with it, we waited 6 months and the week before fitting everything got delivered to our house,the weekend before fitting we gutted our house and did extensive prep ready for the fitters, Monday came and no fitter turned up,they didn't answer the phone and were unreachable, eventually someone from Wickes contacted us to see how everything was going,we told them what had happened and they contacted the fitter to be told he wasn't doing the job,no explanation thats it,we then heard nothing from Wickes for a few days and there answer was to take the kitchen back and no fitting,we were left with nothing and now are in a right mess as have not much stuff left,3 weeks on and Wickes have still not refunded my deposit after we cancelled the whole kitchen, they have my money and keep making excuses as to why they haven't refunded us,there customer service is a total joke, anyone reading this review please save yourself the hassle and buy your kitchen elsewhere

The young assistant on the shop floor of the Winterhill branch was helpful and friendly. But when I got to the till the young blonde girl was very rude. She told me move to this till over there and didn’t say please. After I paid she said “there you go” and not thank you or have a nice evening.

Visited the store after purchasing a kitchen to get matching paint, and other DIY items. Rich and Clare were so helpful and friendly, they made our shopping trip so easy, giving us great advice with what to purchase for the jobs we needed to do. Thank you to both of them.

If you get delivery, don’t use DX, I’ve had my delivery cancelled and moved to the next day, then receive that they will deliver next day between 13.30 and 16.30 and have had a no show without updates. Wicks have done a terrible job supplying what I’ve ordered. There should be a pick up at store option, or items stocked and are not delivery exclusive

Matt at Wickes Christchurch was super helpful today. He went out of his way to track down items that were in stock but not on display. Very helpful and polite!

Wickes are my normal go to with efficient service and delivery....till they use XDP as their courier system and charge you £5 for the privilege of not having your goods delivered. Selected a delivery date fot yesterday and so far it is 24hrs late...and two delivery slots missed no response from the logistics company Wickes don't answer their emails so basically it's anyone's guess if the goods are turning up.

Went in Wickes at Perry Barr to pick up a few bits. Asked for help finding my items and Sukie went out of his way to assist me . Offered a solution for what I could not find . Nothing was too much trouble
