Wickes - Martlesham Heath Reviews 

Visited today 14th September and asked for help & guidance as shopping for heavier garden items! (Both mum and I have disabilities) Carly (a member of staff) was such a help with such a very beautiful calm soul, helpful kind and an absolute pleasure to meet! Nothing was too much for her! Her customer service was outstanding inside and outside the store! She is a credit to the Martlesham Heath store and non judgmental towards us! 🌟

At the Martlesham store I found Becky very helpful and very funny ,it nice to go somewhere and not just be served by someone going through the motions but able to get the banter and making the shopping very pleasant. Well done Becky

Just popped into the local branch to purchase some bits and pieces
Following a quick look round it appeared they didn't have what I was after but fortunately a staff member 'Kerry' was on hand to direct me to the items
Sometimes I'm loathe to ask in shops for assistance as the staff member is aloof or clearly bored - but this was not the case with Kerry - service with a smile and clearly happy in her work and two sales for Wickes which otherwise they'd have missed out on
Thanks for your help Kerry - I can now complete those jobs at home that I needed to do

We are thrilled with our new kitchen. Our last kitchen refit was a disaster with bad planning and poor workmanship, this time it was a completely different experience thanks to Shanel our design consultant.
When we first met Shanel she instantly put us at ease with her friendly approach and professionalism. She gave great advice and we loved the design and recommendations that she came up with.
Jim, our kitchen fitter has done a first class job - he has such an eye for the finishing details.
Everyone involved from designing, delivering, fitting and the customer service team were polite and friendly - so glad that this time we chose Wickes and had Shanel on the job!

I had bought a bathroom door handle and a sashlock latch. Unfortunately the latch lock had to be reversed to fit in my bathroom. I struggled to open the backcase so I returned to the store. The same man who helped me choose the correct handle and lock, Matt Snowdon, told me that he would help me. He reversed the lock for me whilst I waited and I'm now pleased to say that my bathroom handle and lock are fitted and fully serviceable. Many thanks to Matt for his excellent customer service. I am very grateful.

What an absolute breath of fresh air to be served by the super friendly and efficient Gemma. She really stands out from the 'norm' as genuinely wanting to make your day a little better and your experience of shopping at Wickes positive.
Watch out Wickes someone will snap her up and make her an offer she can't refuse 😂

I was struggling to find some specific sized gate hinges in the Wickes Martlesham store until I was helped by Gemma. She quickly pointed me to the correct area of the correct aisle where I was able to find exactly what I needed. Thanks for the great customer service & for having the items I needed

Felt that the member of staff I spoke to for help was absolutely great. Really friendly, knowledgeable and went out of the way to help. Thank you Chris - great service. Also the lovely man who helped me carry everything to the van was so kind too. Forgot his name but he talked about joining the navy. He really helped by loading everything. Came away feeling looked after. Thank you.

Gemma was excellent when handling my refund

The level of service at this store is quite simply extrodinary (in a good way!)from shop floor all the way through to Management, they go above and beyond helping customers, from trivial finding items queries to more complex problems of having a missing part sent out within minustes of reporting, being hand delivered by a staff member who was coming closest to my out in the sticks location! Spoke to Wickes Mgr who had the ability to quickly think outside of the box and provide his customer with an on the spot resolution, he snaffled the missing bit out of another box for me! Aren't people lovely? With this level of service I will always shop here! 💕🙏🏻

I say with all honesty, that I never leave reviews- untill now. I am a regular customer and I am frequently assisted and served by Gemma. She is helpful, friendly, conscientious- an excellent member of staff

Wickes is always my go to. I recently built a duck enclosure, i went to wickes to buy all my materials. The staff are always helpful and friendly.
