Bought a large tin of Sandlin stain from Wickes but was not the right colour so took it back and were given a Gift Voucher to the same value instead of a refund!....Went back to same store for another purchase and was told the Gift Voucher was expired! £24 lost to Wickes for nothing! We won't use this company any more after spending many hundreds of pounds if not thousands over many years..Very Disappointed with this Company...

Nina was a star I was having trouble loading my Wickes trade pro app due to internet issues, Nina quickly got me connected while helping a college with there issues.

I needed sanding discs for my Dewalt sander. I went to a member of staff who made eye contact with me with the hope I could be pointed in the right direction. There was an assortment of discs which worked extremely well with sanding wood filler. I was more than happy with the level of service I had from a person called Lewis. He measured the disc I had and helped with making sure the holes matched up. I also asked about a sander in case my one packed up. The one he suggested wasn’t on display, however, he was only too pleased to help and got one from the stock room. If I need one it is very good value for money. Overall, this was an excellent shopping experience.

Product bought was faulty, phoned to report to the store and customer service said they were happy to supply products not fit for purpose! Following this we phoned again and spoke to manager who said he would look into it and phone us back - he never phoned. Email sent to complain about poor customer service and couldn’t care less attitude- still no reply to email. Have to say, won’t be shopping here again - would rather drive to the other side of town to Homebase for better quality products and service.

What a lovely lad, Benjamin hin name was, was so helpful, I didn't know what sand I needed and Benjamin took the time while the store was busy to explain to me what all the different types of sand are used for, thank you Ben :)

We had been looking to get a new kitchen and bathroom for a while and having looked at a few different places we spoke to Sandhu at Wickes. He was very accommodating, giving us a no obligation quote with a very competitive price. Once we accepted he worked with us, putting a lot of time and effort into designing our dream kitchen and bathroom. He gave us an idea on the overall cost with the tiling etc which worked out to be very accurate and gave us recommendations on tiles, fittings etc. He recommended a kitchen fitter - Baz and Bathroom fitter - Liam, who both did a fantastic job, arranging a fitting date that worked for all of us with excellent workmanship and we are very happy with the finished rooms. Sandhu has gone above and beyond throughout, rapidly resolving any issues answering any queries and arranging everything to run smoothly. We are very pleased with service we received and would highly recommend Sandhu and the Wickes team to anyone looking for a new bathroom or kitchen, or in our case, both!

We booked our appointment with Shaun from the Warrington branch to plan and quote a kitchen for a rental property, I had a figure in mind before we started but Shaun assured us that we won’t find anything cheaper and of the same quality, how right he was, great professional service, nothing rushed and definitely not pushing extra products on us, I had to ask 3 times when he told me the price just to make sure.
Brilliant service from Shaun I will definitely use Shaun and wicks for my next one.

Don’t touch Wickes Bathrooms - Beware. This will be my final review of the two bathrooms that Wickes planned, delivered and were responsible for installing. After 8 weeks of chaos in our home, missed deadlines, late deliveries and awful customer service, our two bathrooms are now complete. We were told the installation would be 4 weeks. It was 8. We had in excess of 12 deliveries, each requiring us to be home to sign. The invisible planner never spoke to us in person once. Not once. They generate automatic emails from customer service and then don’t reply to your responses to those emails. I could go on. So we raised multiple complaints. And to cap it all off, someone from their customer service has just offered us £100 to compensate this - on two bathrooms that have cost us over £35,000. Absolutely laughable. As we go forward, and finish our house renovations, we will NEVER buy from Wickes again. No kitchen, no bathrooms, no products. Don’t touch them. Awful.

Kitchen planned to be fitted in one week took 17 and still not finished. Communication a total joke! Repeatedly called customer service to complain with weeks passed before a response. Repeatedly asked to talk to a manager ,they never called me back.Left for 2 weeks with no electric sockets working as the tiler went missing. Kitchen fitter promised on 12 occasions to turn up to address issues and never did. Offer of compensation of £450 when spent 14k on a kitchen.Currently I have doors that have dropped and not level a dripping tap and kick boards which should not of been fitted but have as I’m awaiting a new floor to be fitted (from another company I may add)Never again will I use Wickes DIY. Not even to buy a can of paint. This company has zero customer service skills. They take your money on day one of the order and offer 3% refund when kitchen is not complete and 3 months late. The worst customer care I have ever received. Would not recommend Wickes DIY to change a lightbulb never mind fit a kitchen. Take my advice and shop elsewhere. They do not care.

We have just had our new kitchen installation completed, purchased from Wickes at Riverside Northampton and installed by Leon’s Renovations. The design created by Jamie Matcham was absolutely fabulous, he gave us everything we wanted plus more, nothing was to much trouble even when we wanted to change part of original design, including additional building work not originally planned. We highly recommend Wickes at Riverside, Northampton, they are a great team of people, led by the extremely helpful store manager Paul.
We will not hesitate to go back and use this store again. Thank you all. G & M

FERN, what an absolute gem! Customer service was brilliant, top tier banter and laughs. Couldn’t fathom figuring out wickes but she made it so much easier! Funny, helpful and kind! WELL DONE !!

Great customer service as always lovely to see they are supporting local charities like Pembrokeshire frame with there garden projects.

Just at the start of a new bathroom project with Wickes. So far have only dealt with Beth Pender, the Design Consultant at Plymouth. She has been excellent; very punctual arrival for measuring up and came up with a very good design fitting our criteria. Beth is extremely personable and professional, answering all of our questions, helping and advising on our selections of shower room fittings. It has been a pleasure to deal with Beth and we hope the rest of the project goes as smoothly !

We visited Wickes in York yesterday for a kitchen design, Josh was our designer and he was great from start to finish obviously we had ideas of our own but logistically it wouldn’t of worked because of our dimensions but Josh adapted it to the best of his ability to cater for what we were looking for. Definitely recommend using them

Karl from the Leeds Roundhay store was extremely hopeful and made our experience effortless in Wickes. Really commendable service helped us from start to finish. Knowledgable around screws and what sizes to use. As a female this was a breathe of fresh air and we are really thankful.
