Peter W is a credit to Wickes

Ordered online and received a message very quickly
Ordered online and received a message within a few hours to say my items were ready for collection. When I arrived, everything was already on a trolley and ready to be loaded straight into my car. The service from Wickes was very efficient, quick, and well organised. A great click-and-collect experience.

Excellent Customer Service in paint shades department
I went in to Alton, Wickes to get a shade of paint made up (I wanted a garden shade but made into an interior wood paint). George came and assisted me, he advised on the best type of paint to use & carefully made up the colour required. He then patiently let me check the colour whilst in the store, he even gave me a piece of wood to test it on to ensure I was happy with it. Which I was. Excellent customer service . Thank you.
