Found the speaker set I wanted on Amazon but having read bad reviews about the "other" company selling them I found the exact same deal with Whybuynew so decided to buy direct having read their good reviews. They certainly haven't disappointed me. Although the stand had a damaged pole end cap and some small damage to the rear of the one speaker, I contacted the customer service who responded within minutes and offered either a return and replacement or to send out an end cap and a partial refund. Opted for the 2nd option and it was processed straight away. Would definitely buy from Whybuynew again knowing the good customer service is there if needed. Thank you and keep up the good work. Good service is hard to come by these days!

Well where to start... From start to finish they was very professional and polite weather it was on the phone or via email process of purchase was very easy and straight forward needless to say the super fast postage, my items arrived in perfect condition brand new one little hiccup was sent a wrong part but they stated was their fault and corrected and sent me out the part the very next day and stated I could keep the item I recieved in error as a spare!! So fast at correcting any issues I highly recommend this company and Craig the customer service chap who was very polite, I will be back for any parts for my boys trampoline very very reasonably priced can't complain about any thing will recommend to my friends and family you will forever have my custom thank u guys!! Bought a turntable that was/is in very good condition, but the Rotel RX-503 was obviously not checked for performance. Stereo decoder not working on FM and a scratchy volume control. Stuff I can fix myself but that's not the point, is it! I imagine this Tuner Amplifier was just given a PAT test & then put on a shelf waiting to be bought. Was thinking about some speakers, but not after this experience.

I'm only now giving my review as I hadn't realised they were on trustpilot. What can I say?. Last year the guys came to look at a few items and offered a house clearance. And that's exactly what we got. Everything gone. Even things I didn't think they would take. I have recommended them to anyone and everyone I can. We had mislaid our grandads medals. One phone call to the shop and they were on the case. Medals found and returned. I can't thank them enough. Stress free for myself and family. THANK YOU Deb xx 😘

The Gorilla dartboard and case is a great product and I am really pleased with it, it is great to use.
The delivery and packing were excellent, it could not have reached here any quicker, very impressive.

Bought a new Presonus mixing desk and it was delivered in good time. It developed a fault on one of the channels within 3 months. I got in contact with WhyBuyNew who were very helpful and it was collected and they then sent to Presonus to be repaired at the beginning of February. It took Presonus months to actually carry out this repair and I constantly had to chase WhyBuyNew for updates. I finally received the desk back in May! It was covered in deep scratches on the back where they had obviously taken the back casing off and the master fader was considerably bent. I got in contact with WhyBuyNew and they advised it wasn't good enough and got in contact with Presonus repair centre who advised that it was already scratched when they received it back for repair which was a complete lie yet WhyBuyNew just took their word even though I am extremely particular about my equipment and know full well it was not scratched at all when it left me.
WhyBuyNew also advised that a bent fader isn't that much of a problem!? I'm sorry but when you spend £500 on a new mixing desk you do not expect it to break down within 3 months, take another 3 months for it to be repaired then get returned in a shoddy condition with a bent fader. If you want any professional equipment then buy from a reputable firm and not WhyBuyNew because if you have any issues with an item its a complete nightmare and absolutely no respect for the things you have purchased.

Bought used audio high end audio equipment from them. Works perfectly. the advert was clear on its condition and it arrived well packed in that exact condition. I feel like I've got a bit of a bargain as it includes a warranty.

I had to return an amplifier due to a fault with it - ok, no problem, these things happen occasionally. All my interactions with whybuynew were friendly, reassuring and efficient. The Returns process was very easy. On phoning them there was no quibble when I asked for a refund. The money was in my bank within a few working days; I didn't need to do any chasing. I certainly would order from them again - top marks!
