On calling, the introductory voice preamble, though informative, was too long at 2mins 30 secs and I did consider closing the call and trying elsewhere. Luckily for me I didn't. When finally put through to an agent he was alert, friendly and professional. Every question I asked was answered clearly to my satisfaction. He drew my attention to, but did not push, add-ons and alternatives. In the end I bought the travel insurance deal I had been looking for. The process was straightforward and pain free.

I had to return an amplifier due to a fault with it - ok, no problem, these things happen occasionally. All my interactions with whybuynew were friendly, reassuring and efficient. The Returns process was very easy. On phoning them there was no quibble when I asked for a refund. The money was in my bank within a few working days; I didn't need to do any chasing. I certainly would order from them again - top marks!

Easy to use website and good glasses at a reasonable price. I'll definitely use it again.
