I was so scarwd to purchase but i emailed and was guided to thr right product. I sent in a small sample from my sofa and the team have perfectly matched my colour and finish. My sofa looks brand new. Im astonished. Fantastic company and great products

Second time hiring, i always worry i will be hit with a bill or something will happen due to all the negative reviews but i cannot fault this company. I arrived and the customer service staff were great. They had been delivered automatics but i was too worried after not expecting one or having driven one before. Ended up with a manual Golf which was better than what i had paid for. The car had damage but drove fine. I made my journey safely and returned the car with no issues. Did explain to the inspector the case on the wing mirror had falling off whilst using but he was understanding and did not bill me. He explained some cars have issues and if they are not told thats when people are likely to be billed. Cant fault the nottingham branch at all. I quickly received my summary and holding money back. I will be back again cant recommended enough. I would have given 5 stars but golfs are hard to get in and the car did have quite a bit of damage

I had a great experience after being recommended by a friend. I was really worried after reading so many negative reviews and having never used a hire company before. I arrived early and the customer service assistant was really helpful. They showed me the car and a few scratches which i was told not to worry about. Later that day i noticed the passenger wing mirror was damanged. I called customer services and was reassured i didnt have to worry and it had been noted on my rental. I expected this to be where the nightmare started after reading previous reviews but i have dropped car off this morning with no hassle. The lady checked the car and signed it straight off. I showed the existing damage and was told not to worry as she could tell it was old as it was full of dirt..
I will definitely be using again. I think people need to share their experiences more as we seem to shrug at the positives and jump on sharing the negative.
