I've always had slightly sensitive skin but shortly after turning 40 it turned really sensitive! I tried multiple skin care ranges and I had a reaction to all of them.

I came across Pai from an advert on Facebook and after filling in a help form with a picture of my poor red reactive face I received a reply from Katya and a plan to try and sort my face out.

Its been 3 months now and my face is finally happy again...no more redness or reaction. The products are not greasy and thankfully do not make my face break out.

I have found Pai to be great from a customer service point of view as well they have always been quick in replying to emails and when I had an issue with a pump on a product a replacement was sent out immediately.

Only a couple of niggles is that the moisturiser is in a lovely bottle however it is a plastic bag in the bottle which isn't ideal. The products are expensive and there always seems to be an offer on for a free product over a certain spend amount...it would be great if they just lowered the prices a bit instead of the free product offer that you might not even use.

Anyway these are minor points and I'm just grateful to have a skin care routine that my face is happy with.

Bought a new Presonus mixing desk and it was delivered in good time. It developed a fault on one of the channels within 3 months. I got in contact with WhyBuyNew who were very helpful and it was collected and they then sent to Presonus to be repaired at the beginning of February. It took Presonus months to actually carry out this repair and I constantly had to chase WhyBuyNew for updates. I finally received the desk back in May! It was covered in deep scratches on the back where they had obviously taken the back casing off and the master fader was considerably bent. I got in contact with WhyBuyNew and they advised it wasn't good enough and got in contact with Presonus repair centre who advised that it was already scratched when they received it back for repair which was a complete lie yet WhyBuyNew just took their word even though I am extremely particular about my equipment and know full well it was not scratched at all when it left me.
WhyBuyNew also advised that a bent fader isn't that much of a problem!? I'm sorry but when you spend £500 on a new mixing desk you do not expect it to break down within 3 months, take another 3 months for it to be repaired then get returned in a shoddy condition with a bent fader. If you want any professional equipment then buy from a reputable firm and not WhyBuyNew because if you have any issues with an item its a complete nightmare and absolutely no respect for the things you have purchased.

The first natural deodorant that I have used that doesn't end up leaving me stinky and I have tried quite a few of the well known natural brands. It lasts from morning straight through to the next morning! I do find though if I'm working out I'm sweat a lot I think I just need to get use to it being a none antiperspirant. Will definitely be my regular deodorant now.

I ordered about 2 hours after the Christmas cut off period and was absolutely amazed to hear that my order was delivered only 2 days later in time for Christmas.

The recipient loved the chocolates as expected because Lily O'Brien's are most definitely the best chocolates you can buy in my opinion.

Great company - I placed an order online then remembered I needed something extra gave them a quick ring and they added the item to my order with no extra postage. Fast postage, good customer service :)

A great company they are a bit more pricier than other places but they are very quick with delivery and you know you are going to get quality strings :)

This is the second time we have used Bax Shop. Firstly for a pair of EVs ELX115P I was able to price match and speak to someone over the phone to order the whole process was very easy. When the delivery information came through it said they were coming from the Netherlands which did worry me as on the website it says they are in Kent (this is their sales team) but I within two days my speakers had arrived well packaged working perfectly. This time I ordered a simple cable which also came from the Netherlands again it came swiftly on the agreed date unfortunately the cable had a fault. I filled out the online returns form and received a very quick email reply advising that I would not need to return the cable they would simply send me a new one. A great company with excellent customer service will certainly use these guys again.

If you do your order yourself online then its fast, easy and quite affordable however if you use their quote people then not a great experience I had awful trouble with the guy who quoted me and just couldn't be bothered to reply to emails and I later found out I could get more for my money by doing it myself on their website. Do it yourself if you can.

Great product at a great price. Good quality...would normally order an xl but ordered an xxl to be on the safe side and its perfect.
