The process to pick up and drop off was pretty good - first agent had IT problems so couldn't process my order very quickly. But, once handed off, second agent was very good. Car was ready, closeby and spotless. Would happily used SIXT again as good value.

A friend had recommended ECF as great value for sleepers and they were indeed the cheapest in the area. Online ordering system very easy. There was a box to put special requests - I had phoned to enquire when the delivery might be and was told not before 17/10. So in the box I requested delivery 26/10. The confirmation email arrived stating 19/10. I replied to the email advising I'd like 26/10. No response. A few days later I phoned, no answer, left a message on the answerphone requesting same. Again, no response. So, I changed my plans for 19/10 to ensure I was at home. The delivery arrived at 8:30 on 19th.

I use the account for multiple currencies - when travelling on holiday - App and website are easy to use - money is added to the account very quickly. I'm very happy using this service
