Been a client for over a year with my two British Shorthair. I have spendt a fortune getting all done, vaccinations, neutralisation, chip. I have been buying our food there.
On November 12, 16:00 p.m., I called worried about a knot in my cats hair and went there to buy food with my Cat. The Veterinarian in charge, C. would not only not even look at us over the counter for a minute, to tell me what I needed to do, he disgracefully and rudly said. "I do not have time". I went to our neighbour pet store at Spinderiet, bought a cat snack and showed the butik "assistant" the knot and she suggested to get it cut, so it would not affect the Cat's skin. It all went on a friendly and short conversation. So I did the next day, but not at Fasanvejens klinik since on my way out, I could not believe how the Veterinarian specifically said to me "I have no time" yet he used 10' to tell me that I need to get a time and pay.
I would do anything for my Dear cats.
I had already and while waiting booked my next vaccination where I was to get passports. A total of 2500kr aprox. Yet, a supposedly animal lover could not only not help in a friendly matter, he disgracefuly asked me to leave. On my way out I said, very sad that you would use 10' to explain how you could not help by just looking at my cat 1'... I think this is wrong...
He said "F -you" literally....
I am obviously not going back there.
Today I went to Anicura in Valby, suggested by the Pet store in Valby Spinderiet. At the Pet store, they are not Vets, but love animals. She, the cashier, told me what a knot on the cats hair is in 2 seconds.
At Anicura, not only they cutted the knot right away in 2', they also informed me that there was no charge as it was nothing and the Veterinarian Doctor did not need to come by. It was the Nurse, that very friendlly and gently took care of us at no charge. On my way out I bought 1.400kr worth of Cats products including a brush to make it all worth.
I cannot say how awful a treatment I received. Unkind, unfriendly. Disturbing.
I would definately not be comfortable having such a Vet look at my Cat. He showed no manners and his behaviour was unacceptable.
Very sad.
After all, they had the nerv to send me a letter. They took the time, again to write me a letter and turn it all on me.
This Vet shop will not see us ever again, nor our money. No Customer Service whatsoever was applied.

I had been using this clinic for last 8 years for my pet. Absolutely professional clinic. Reasonable fees and I get discount for Dental treatment for my pet.

I called to ask for guidance on preparation for an overseas trip with our cat. Made an appointment for a tetarles check, vaccines needed and eventually getting a passport.
This is my first visit after we got our cat so I’m not very experienced but open to all recommendations.
My cat was a bit stressed when he was in the consultation room which made it impossible to get the vaccines or anything else.
The vet lady was very nice and caring but it was just not possible to do much with him. She recommended a spray to try on the way back home so he could calm down and another medicine to give him before the next “try” which I said yes to and knew I had to
pay for too.
To my surprise I was asked to pay for a full consultation and IF I come back to get him vaccinated and more I will have to pay in full again.
I would like to say the bad feeling I had when leaving the clinic is not so much about the money, but the way it all played out.
The guy at the reception didn’t really seem to care. He just kept repeating the amount to pay. Another vet came to tell me my cat got stressed probably because I had taken him out if his bag and put him on a leach inside the clinic. I did that in the open in the reception area and on our way to the consultation room and they saw me. They knew it was my first time there so they could have given me a bit of guidance.
I had only been to the clinic once before and I know a few people who take their pets there. I was really excited for this visit and I left wondering if I’d like to go back again only because it’s close and others recommended it, or if I should look for alternatives.

An efficiently run vet clinic, where I have had three routine appointments with my bichon frise to date.
Friendly receptionist and reassuring veterinarians. Everything has run to schedule on each visit. In fact, we've been seen a couple of minutes early on two of our three visits.
Vaccinations and worm treatment administered efficiently.
Very good level of English amongst all the staff.

Negligent and careless group of veterinarians, ignored signs of diabetes and kidney failure in blood and urine exams for almost 4 years, and now it's too late for my female dachshund, she had extreme pain and suffering the past week and passed away on 28/12/23.
HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG IF YOU ARE THE DOCTORS AND NOT I, AND YOU NEVER SAID ANYTHING, EVEN THOUGH THE EXAMS ALWAYS SHOWED SHE WAS ILL AND THAT WE ALWAYS TOLD "she pees EXTREMELY all the time" and that her eyes got all messed up, and it was all connected to kidney problems all these years.
A simple "you need to treat her kidney immediately" would do it, there was enough time and chance to tells us that every year since 2019, even in 2023 when she had her last blood exam at this place - you had her blood exams results, you knew about it. A veterinary relationship is supposed to be of trust and long-lasting, but you only care about immediate money.
You focused on wanting to give random eye drops, teeth cleaning and other kind of superficial things, but never told me about adequate treatment to prolong her kidney and avoid her pain.
I have two old dogs, and every time I went there, even for simple things like teeth cleaning they always mentioned euthanasia one way or another, as if the dogs are just products, where you can buy a new one in case one dies. "Let's do this, she/he is old already, probably has a few more months? So if she/he dies in the anesthesia/whatever, at least we tried something for them"!
The idea is that because they want you to purchase the expensive treatment or whatever (it's crazy how much they focus on "teeth cleaning" all the time).
But WHEN IT IS ABOUT THE IMPORTANT THINGS, LONG TERM TREATMENTS, THEY ARE COMPLETELY MUTE AND CARELESS. I moved from Denmark to Portugal just a month ago and my dog Marie has had a kidney and liver failure.
BUT THIS WAS AVOIDABLE FOR AT LEAST A FEW MORE YEARS IF SHE HAD BEEN TREATED - BUT DUE TO THE LAZINESS AND NEGLIGENCE OF THIS PLACE AND ITS VETERINARIANS, NOW THERE'S NO TURNING BACK.
Three Portuguese veterinarians are involved and have received her clinical records from Fasanvejens Dyreklinik, and they all agreed that since 2020 she has shown signs of diabetes and initial stages of liver failure - it's even in one of YOUR reports.
And her current kidney failure could have been avoided had she been correctly treated these past 3 years.
How come NONE OF YOU from Fasanvejens Dyreklinik ever cared to tell us or instruct us of anything?
How come NONE OF YOU ever CARED about preventing and recommending special foods, medication or anything else?
We trusted you as our veterinarians for 4 years, there was no way WE BY OURSELVES would be able to know anything, we trusted what YOU said (or did NOT SAY in this case - NONE OF the vets at this clinic ever worried or cared about anything, all you care is for a quick hefty bill, always in a hurry, always giving a superficial treatment).
Shame on all of you. If you choose to be a veterinarian, at least you should also care about life and not only be hungry for a quick cash grab.

I went here to get my dog registered in the Danish registry. The official website of Danish Hund Register says the vet will only charge 145 DKK to register. So you can do it yourself online or the vet can do it for you and it’s supposed to cost the same (I know this because my cousin recently got her pet registered and this is what it was).
When I booked the appointment I specifically asked if there will be any other charge and they said ‘no, only if you take a consult’.
So I went there with my dog and they got a vet who registered my dog. The vet didn’t do any check ups. Just asked for his information. And they charged me 495 DKK for the whole thing - (145 for registration and about 350 for the vet’s time).
When I asked why they said it’s for the consult, but I never got one and I hadn’t even asked for a consult so why did they send a vet to register the dog? If it can be done online, then clearly it doesn’t need a vet to give any medical clearance.
And the worst thing is that it’s been a week and my dog is still not registered. When I called them today they said he is but when I login to NemID it says there’s no pet registered on my name! This place seems like total fraud!
If they charge me extra at least they should do the job well!!!
And the worst thing is - they had kept a tiny glass water bowl, which got toppled over by my dog (since he’s a big dog). The bowl shattered and I offered to pay. They said no but the lady there was giving me so much grief for breaking her bowl like my dog created nuisance. In fact it’s really stupid of them to keep a glass water bowl for dogs (like the queen will drink from it??) and it only created an additional hazard for all pets there.
Summary - they charged me extra when they said they wouldn’t, they created grief for my dog and me, and I still didn’t get the job done.
