We planned a team day at Lunas Køkken and we were 7 people.
The communication with Lunas was great since the beginning. Very supportive and helpful. I had different request and Lunas managed to satisfy all of them so the day turned out to be very fun.
We had the "Street food" menu and it was really nice to cook different type of cuisines from all over the world. And the food was very good.
Louise was there all the time to help us with the recipes and the timing.
We had almost 2 hours to cook and time flew so fast as it was really funny also to talk with colleagues and have some laughs.
I really recommend Lunas Køkken as they are professional but also keeping it on a friendly level just to make sure that everybody feels confortable.

Called around 9.00 am and received a very fast support and after 2 hours my dog was fully checked. Great support also received after the visit, by phone and e-mail.

Product ordered in November with estimated delivery time in week 3 2024. It has been delivered in week 5 but I didn't receive any update about it. I had to call 2-3 times to ask for info and at the phone they were not able to give me a date. So in terms of customer service, it can be improved.
Product delivered in week 5 and when I have received the delivery papers, it said 2 pieces (3,5 kg each). I have received one piece on Monday (the other one was not found) and then the second one on Saturday. The weight in total was 65kg so you can imagine that it was not easy to move it up to the 3rd floor alone.
BFT was the delivery company and also their customer support can be improved as they didn't deliver the packages together and I was not informed 30 minutes before the delivery, as mentioned in the email.
About the product itself, it's beautiful. I really like the wood and the material. Very easy to assemble and then also easy to use (I bought the round table that can be extended to 2mt.).
Few issues about the product:
- assembling instructions are not that clear and I have received some screw and washer to install but the washers were not fitting (too big).
- i was cleaning with a paper the base of the table as it was dusty and a piece of paint came out and unfortunately is visible.
But in general the quality is good and I suggest to have a look at the website and buy products there.

Order just sent and it was super easy to go through the website. It looks like the quality is very high and I found what I was looking for.
I have asked some question in the chat and Maja replied me immediately (it was saturday evening). So now I can't wait to receive my new bed

Wifi not working and with the remote support from Rasmus F. it has been fixed in less than 10 minutes. Great customer support.
