Medlem af CA i mange år

Jeg har været medlem af CA i mange år, og min oplevelse er, at man altid bliver mødt i telefonen med en positiv stemning og et lyttende øre.

Som medlem oplever vi ofte forskellige situationer i relation til job og økonomi – begge dele er væsentlige og har stor betydning for vores daglige trivsel. Nogle gange står vi over for udfordringer på arbejdsmarkedet, som ligger uden for vores egen indflydelse, og andre gange skyldes det teknologi, der ikke fungerer, som det skal.

Hos CA møder man kompetente og engagerede medarbejdere, eksempelvis Marianne Nymark, som altid er klar til at finde en løsning.

De er også særdeles dygtige som karriererådgivere, hvor de yder en målrettet indsats for at hjælpe.

Hos CA har jeg selv haft en meget positiv og menneskelig oplevelse.

Jeg vil gerne takke CA for en værdifuld rejse og kan varmt anbefale deres service.

Been a client for over a year...

Been a client for over a year with my two British Shorthair. I have spendt a fortune getting all done, vaccinations, neutralisation, chip. I have been buying our food there.
On November 12, 16:00 p.m., I called worried about a knot in my cats hair and went there to buy food with my Cat. The Veterinarian in charge, C. would not only not even look at us over the counter for a minute, to tell me what I needed to do, he disgracefully and rudly said. "I do not have time". I went to our neighbour pet store at Spinderiet, bought a cat snack and showed the butik "assistant" the knot and she suggested to get it cut, so it would not affect the Cat's skin. It all went on a friendly and short conversation. So I did the next day, but not at Fasanvejens klinik since on my way out, I could not believe how the Veterinarian specifically said to me "I have no time" yet he used 10' to tell me that I need to get a time and pay.
I would do anything for my Dear cats.
I had already and while waiting booked my next vaccination where I was to get passports. A total of 2500kr aprox. Yet, a supposedly animal lover could not only not help in a friendly matter, he disgracefuly asked me to leave. On my way out I said, very sad that you would use 10' to explain how you could not help by just looking at my cat 1'... I think this is wrong...
He said "F -you" literally....
I am obviously not going back there.
Today I went to Anicura in Valby, suggested by the Pet store in Valby Spinderiet. At the Pet store, they are not Vets, but love animals. She, the cashier, told me what a knot on the cats hair is in 2 seconds.
At Anicura, not only they cutted the knot right away in 2', they also informed me that there was no charge as it was nothing and the Veterinarian Doctor did not need to come by. It was the Nurse, that very friendlly and gently took care of us at no charge. On my way out I bought 1.400kr worth of Cats products including a brush to make it all worth.

I cannot say how awful a treatment I received. Unkind, unfriendly. Disturbing.
I would definately not be comfortable having such a Vet look at my Cat. He showed no manners and his behaviour was unacceptable.
Very sad.
After all, they had the nerv to send me a letter. They took the time, again to write me a letter and turn it all on me.

This Vet shop will not see us ever again, nor our money. No Customer Service whatsoever was applied.

As previously communicated, we unfortunately did not have the capacity to offer a consultation at the time in question. Our clinic operates with scheduled appointments to ensure that each animal receives the time and attention required for a proper assessment.

In situations where clients arrive without an appointment, our reception team will always explain what options are available. A consultation requires dedicated time from a veterinarian and is therefore chargeable regardless of the outcome.

While we always prioritise animals with acute, life-threatening issues, it is our responsibility to assess and triage cases according to medical urgency and the capacity of the clinic at the time.

Regarding your comments about our staff, we strive to maintain professional and kind communication at all times. We also have policies in place to protect our team from rude or disrespectful behaviour. While the response you received was not acceptable, and we apologise for that, we would like to emphasise that respectful communication is essential for constructive interactions.

We understand that you have chosen to seek care elsewhere, and we sincerely wish you and your cats the best moving forward.

God samarbejdevmed CADet er altid en god oplevelse med CA

Det er altid en god oplevelse med CA.
De har styrer på alt og de behandler altid på den venlig og velkomne måd.
Jeg har været med CA for 4 år nu, og vil ikke skifte da de har altid supplerede og hjalp stort i alle sage jeg har haft.
De best jeg kan navne er at de er mennesker og hjælpe så meget de kan, de er dygtig og altid svar på en god måde.

It is with great pleasure that I give 5…

It is with great pleasure that I give 5 stars to CA Akasse for their attentive, well mannered and responsive customer service.
I have been in an entangled economical situation involving different public offices and struggling for getting the right information across, and they have not only listened carefully but also reacted quickly and helped the situation.

I can only thank for the service and be happy to have an a-casse that supports and assist me as a customer.
