Unreliable and unprofessional - he suggests times that suit him to see the work needing to be done and then just doesn't show up. No phone call or text. After wasting my time twice, I have found someone else to do the work. I'm surprised he has any customers if this is how he treats people.

Moved house and ordered internet connection through my work. Took 8 weeks to install fibre connection then 30 mins before they were due to come and finalise, they moved the date back by another 8 weeks. 4 months to get an internet connection???? Called them spent hours waiting on the phone. Still no internet connection, temporary solution doesn't work and customer service are rude and unhelpful. Will never use this company again.

Fully recommend Nybolig Dragør (in particular Johanna and the incredibly efficient Astrid) - my experience with them has been great. They patiently guided me through the complicated process of selling one house and buying another in Denmark. Always worked with me and were ready to discuss and help get everything sorted - which was much appreciated by me. Really good & so I highly recommend them!

Totally and utterly incompetent, will never ever use them again. Tried to re-sell my tickets as the concert had been scheduled to a date that I couldn't make, spent hours and hours mailing to customer service. The simplest request is misunderstood, you can't talk to anyone on the phone and the email responses never ever actually provide an answer to your question.

Terrible service - still waiting for someone to repair my washing machine for over 3 weeks. They promise the technician will call you back but they never do. Impossible to find out what the delay is other than they have ordered a spare part and are waiting for it. I have a guarantee on my Samsung washing machine and this is the company Samsung have chosen to do the repair. I would never use them by choice - really terrible company who don’t care about their customers.
