Impossible to close account without submitting more personal documents

I'm trying to close my account, but I got in a paradox with them making the process impossible unless I submit more personal documents, which defeats the purpose of "closing the account".

To close the account:
1. It requires that I withdraw all my "untreadable assets".
2. To withdraw these assets, I would need to deposit 5USDT due to network fees.
3. I order to deposit 5USDT I need to verify my account again, with personal documents.

The 1st thing to consider is these untreadable assets are worthless, so I don't care if the account is closed with them, losing the assets.

Then, after contacting them by email, they say they can close the account without the withdraw but first I need to submit a copy of my ID and a selfie of me with the ID.

THE WHOLE IDEA OF CLOSING THE ACCOUNT IS TO MAKE YOU GET RID OF MY PERSONAL DATA. IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE FOR YOU TO ASK ME FOR MY PERSONAL DOCUMENTS AGAIN AT THIS STAGE.

I want MY DATA TO BE DELETED, especially at the request of account closure.

Binance and KuCoin let you close the account by just submitting the 2FA Tokens and that's it, that's the proper way.

Huge in bill in <10 minutes, negligence and completely wrong diagnosis

Went to have an emergency appointment in a Saturday morning, for my male 13 years old dachshund that was screaming in pain. They were very prompt, no waiting time, which was great.

But then the disappointment started, the vet only massaged a bit of his back and said "it could be "disc herniation", and that was it. And prescribed a medicine for pain. Not even 10 minutes, and a 3367kr. bill.

No exams were made, no additional scans, nothing.

Turns out, after a second opinion, that he was having A RENAL CRISIS. Not recommended, I can't stand negligence and incompetence, but that seems to be the norm in Danish healthcare and veterinarians. Do Danish universities only teach about painkillers and "it's nothing, wait 8 weeks"?

Negligent veterinarians. Dachshund died after severe kidney suffering because this clinic never gave a diagnosis in 4 years.

Negligent and careless group of veterinarians, ignored signs of diabetes and kidney failure in blood and urine exams for almost 4 years, and now it's too late for my female dachshund, she had extreme pain and suffering the past week and passed away on 28/12/23.

HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG IF YOU ARE THE DOCTORS AND NOT I, AND YOU NEVER SAID ANYTHING, EVEN THOUGH THE EXAMS ALWAYS SHOWED SHE WAS ILL AND THAT WE ALWAYS TOLD "she pees EXTREMELY all the time" and that her eyes got all messed up, and it was all connected to kidney problems all these years.

A simple "you need to treat her kidney immediately" would do it, there was enough time and chance to tells us that every year since 2019, even in 2023 when she had her last blood exam at this place - you had her blood exams results, you knew about it. A veterinary relationship is supposed to be of trust and long-lasting, but you only care about immediate money.

You focused on wanting to give random eye drops, teeth cleaning and other kind of superficial things, but never told me about adequate treatment to prolong her kidney and avoid her pain.

I have two old dogs, and every time I went there, even for simple things like teeth cleaning they always mentioned euthanasia one way or another, as if the dogs are just products, where you can buy a new one in case one dies. "Let's do this, she/he is old already, probably has a few more months? So if she/he dies in the anesthesia/whatever, at least we tried something for them"!

The idea is that because they want you to purchase the expensive treatment or whatever (it's crazy how much they focus on "teeth cleaning" all the time).

But WHEN IT IS ABOUT THE IMPORTANT THINGS, LONG TERM TREATMENTS, THEY ARE COMPLETELY MUTE AND CARELESS. I moved from Denmark to Portugal just a month ago and my dog Marie has had a kidney and liver failure.

BUT THIS WAS AVOIDABLE FOR AT LEAST A FEW MORE YEARS IF SHE HAD BEEN TREATED - BUT DUE TO THE LAZINESS AND NEGLIGENCE OF THIS PLACE AND ITS VETERINARIANS, NOW THERE'S NO TURNING BACK.

Three Portuguese veterinarians are involved and have received her clinical records from Fasanvejens Dyreklinik, and they all agreed that since 2020 she has shown signs of diabetes and initial stages of liver failure - it's even in one of YOUR reports.
And her current kidney failure could have been avoided had she been correctly treated these past 3 years.

How come NONE OF YOU from Fasanvejens Dyreklinik ever cared to tell us or instruct us of anything?

How come NONE OF YOU ever CARED about preventing and recommending special foods, medication or anything else?

We trusted you as our veterinarians for 4 years, there was no way WE BY OURSELVES would be able to know anything, we trusted what YOU said (or did NOT SAY in this case - NONE OF the vets at this clinic ever worried or cared about anything, all you care is for a quick hefty bill, always in a hurry, always giving a superficial treatment).

Shame on all of you. If you choose to be a veterinarian, at least you should also care about life and not only be hungry for a quick cash grab.

I’m very sorry to hear about your loss, and I understand that you are grieving.

Because of data protection and professional confidentiality, we are unfortunately not able to discuss specific medical records or treatment details in a public forum. However, I have reviewed the case internally and I do not find anything that supports the serious allegations made in your review.

The diagnosis and treatment of chronically ill animals requires close cooperation between the veterinarian and the owner, including recommended follow-up examinations and tests. Without that collaboration, it can unfortunately be difficult to reach a clear diagnosis or ensure the best possible treatment.

Regarding your comments about the communication around end-of-life decisions, I take that very seriously. Unfortunately, none of the veterinarians who were involved at the time are still working at the clinic, which makes it difficult for me to investigate the situation further. Nevertheless, I would like to apologise if the communication at the time felt inappropriate or distressing.

It is simply not correct that we do not care about our patients. Helping dogs and cats is the reason we go to work every day, and we take great pride in maintaining high professional standards at our clinic.

If it would give you peace of mind, I would be more than willing to discuss the situation directly with you or with your current veterinarian.

Once again, I am truly sorry for your loss and I hope you will find peace.

Great from beginning to end for complicated shipments

OnlineCargo and David were great from beginning to end, in a complicated arrangement: I was moving out from Denmark to Portugal, and I wanted to have my fancy office chair delivered to the countryside of Portugal, alongside some other belongings in boxes (no other furniture). Here's the catch: the delivery had to wait a few days, until I settled down in Portugal and also the chair and the things in the boxes were expensive.
I couldn't ship with any "traditional" shipping company or the Postal Service because they do not allow scheduling deliveries and the chair was too big for them as well.
OnlineCargo was the only company that helped me with shipping this. David found a truck company that would make the delivery, and then he stored my shipment until the agreed date. David also added additional layers of protection.
I then had a problem with the trucking company not delivering the package to the agreed address, and they said the shipment would be returned to Denmark. David and OnlineCargo helped once again and the shipment was finally delivered in the middle of nowhere in the countryside of Portugal.
I'd rate OnlineCargo 10 stars if I could!

Good to find the best price plus cheap insurance

Good prices, also helped save money by getting their full coverage insurance instead of the rental company one which would be at least twice the price. Fortunately I did not have to use the insurance, so I hope it works if I needed it or ever need it.

Charging me fines 2 MONTHS LATER for fines 5 days AFTER I RETURNED THE CAR

I have been a GoMore user since 01/19 and my profile (#2493125) has 5 stars, with the many cars I rented I was rated maximum stars, so I'm a very careful user.

The last car I rented was a Renault Clio SW from 08/04/23 to 09/04/23 18:00. I returned the car on 09/04/23 at 17:26 as it is registered in my account.

Today, 22/05/23, almost 2 MONTHS LATER:
- GoMore sent two emails with two separate parking fines, one for 510DKK and the other for 760DKK.
- And they already are holding the amounts off from my credit card (total 1270DKK).

But here's the catch: THESE FINES WERE ISSUED at 12/04/23 (GoMore INV-45965, fine Fakturaer 04506400) and another at 14/04/23 (GoMore INV-45968, fine Fakturaer 04520715), both of them many days later after I RETURNED THE CAR.

In which world is this possible and even legal? I returned the car on time, parked where it was approved by the owner (Frederiksberg Allé), I have the proof in my account, and now 2 months later, I have to pay for fines issued 5 days later?

Who knows how much the owner used the car after I returned it, and then now can easily say the fine is mine?

So many things could have happened to the car after I returned it, with which authority and legal ground can they simply charge me almost 2 months later for fines that were issued days later after I returned the car, where the car was not my responsibility anymore?

This seems like a scam and an easy way for GoMore to blame me:
1) The car is not my responsibility
2) How could they even possibly link MY NAME to a fine that was issued 3 days later and another 5 days later?
3) This seems to be a cause of fraud, where the car owner could have used the car, got the fine, and can simply put the blame on me, and GoMore blindly took the money from my account without my consent.
4) What kind of proof do you have that it's my responsibility for a fine that happened 3 and then 5 days after I returned the car?

I am sorry to hear that you have received parking fees in relation to your rental. When we charge a renter for a parking fee, it is because we have documentation that the fines are given based on the parking the renter has made either during or at the end of the rental. We have contacted you regarding the fines to explain the situation further. You can read more about our terms for parking here: https://gomore.dk/rental/terms

It is never fun to receive a fine, and we do not think, it is fun to forward it to our renters either. If you disagree with the ticket in itself I would suggest that you contact the issuer directly as they are the only ones able to remove the fee. If the fee is removed we will naturally refund the charge.

Mandatory for any Windows user

I had created a Windows recovery image with the free version of Macrium in jan/2022. Then in March/23 my SSD got bricked. In a new SSD Macrium recovered instantly - even the free version. So of course I purchased the software and now I run Macrium backups weekly. It really works. It makes it easy to experiment OS setups and take risks, as you can recover partitions back in minutes.
