The salesperson was not pushy, but was informative and informed. He agreed to install a battery charger lead. The bike was presented in a good, clean condition. The salesperson went through the contr... See more

Left a review 23 December 2025 still waiting for a reply very disappointed 😞 .
Remote sale, very easy, great communication and administration, bike delivered to me within 3 days. Highly recommend lings for all things two wheeled. They also do quads and lawnmowers! Many thanks

Bought a trident 660 from the Watton branch, collected 14/03/26.
Harry was the salesman from start to finish.
Absolutely fantastic experience, communication was excellent throughout the process.
Harry was polite, friendly and knowledgeable and kept me fully informed on the progress.
The bike was beautifully prepared and ready to go as promised, highly recommended.

Bought using online service , Motorcycle did not come as described , the bike had not been been prepared and was delivered dirty and unfit for purpose , had 2 mot failures that had not been address , I've owned the bike for 5 weeks and have still not been able to ride it , i had to ride it 30 miles to drop it off for them to collect even though it was not legal due to the mot issues , this was over 2 weeks ago and it has still not been returned .very disappointed by the whole experience , I've been offered nothing in compensation and also have had to pay for the front brake pads to be replaced , due to minimum of material on them .
Friendly and professional staff. My new bike purchase was made straightforward and a pleasurable experience. The only thing they failed to do was arrange some sunshine on the day I collected it!

Excellent service from both Essex and Norwich, particularly Christian and Charlie. Both were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Very happy with my bike.
Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic.
However, there is a total lack of professionalism. When you ask for someone to contact you, when something is supposed to be done, don't expect it to happen or if you ask for your MOT reminder to be corrected, so you don't get a reminder after it's due date. That doesn't happen either. Parts ordering is vague too.
It feels like the regular staff have gone sick and they've called in the Saturday kids In to run the place.
From my initial contact, through exploring frame sizes, optional equipment and ultimately, collection of my new bike, Lings / Power2Cycle supported me in my decisions. The breadth of knowledge and experience the team there have is second to none - this rather frankly provides a much more satisfying experience than shopping at your usual orange and black coloured cycle store beginning with an H

Happy with branch staff, had a few hiccups that have been dealt with , bike itself had a few minor issues, but now i will deal with them myself, as this was partly my own fault for not examining the vehicle thoroughly,
thank you for sending the documents folder you promised.

Excellent showroom with good choice of machines and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The machine I purchased had 10200 miles, was 6 years old and every service had been completed by Lings. It was well priced but had not been particularly well cared for by the previous owner and the PDI left much to be desired. Front brake hoses were not secured following a tyre change. Pivot points has not been lubricated for a long time. If there was any anti-freeze present it was colourless and odourless. The rear shock preload adjuster was seized. The fuel tank breather and overflow hoses were not connected and the rear of the engine appeared to be leaking oil, which after cleaning seemed to be residue from a previous repair. The bike did not have the 12 month MOT we agreed on and the chain was just about serviceable. The bike was not in a dangerous condition and as an experienced mechanic and service manager perhaps I am more critical than others. I love the bike and would use Lings again, though I would check the bike as carefully as if purchased from a non main dealer bike superstore. I am sure that had I taken the care to inspect the bike more carefully instead of relying on main dealer PDI standards Lings would have rectified any visible faults. A friend purchased a bike from the same dealer with absolutely no problems the previous week.

I thought they would have mot my bike before giving it to me, it ran out 2 days after I received it, I know what they will say you should have asked to get it mot before receiving the bike.
