Stopped off at Lings Triumph Watton…

We stopped off at Lings Triumph Watton for their new bike launch and to have a nose around it been far too long since our last visit! My partner has a Triumph and was after a few service bits (and some expert advice)… although I suspect he was equally keen to accidentally check out the Bonnevilles while we were there.
We were welcomed by Dave on the service desk, who couldn’t have been more helpful. He happily chatted everything through, made sure we left with exactly the right parts, and shared some great advice on keeping the bike in top shape. No pushy sales at all just genuine motorbike enthusiasm and really good service,
We also had a chat with Harry from sales, who was friendly and clearly loves the Triumph range. He gave us loads of useful info about the T120 and a few other models… let’s just say my partner left with plenty to think about!
The bikes on display looked fantastic, and the free coffee while we browsed was a very welcome bonus. All in all, such a nice visit. If you’re after friendly, knowledgeable staff and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, we’d definitely recommend Lings.

fantastic experience buying a bike

The website is fast, easy to use and has great pictures of the bikes- stock is updated and well written about. I arrived- a well stocked showroom still allowed the bike to be moved to see and sit on it- Sam- was helpful- funny and engaging. He talks bike and understands riding. All staff were not pushy- allowing me to explore and Look without constant ‘help you’ every 20 seconds. When the test ride was booked- it was arranged quickly and easily. Amazingly which I loved- after the test ride I was able to buy it and ride away- no silly ‘come back in 2 days’ preparation or servicing- the bike was easy to go there and then! Fantastic! Would buy from there again- great site- easy to find- parking- toilets and coffee on site!

Unexpected purchase of a Ghost E-Teru B Advanced!

I had some time to kill and knew Power2Cycle was in the area, so my son and I popped in to have a look around with no expectations of buying a bike. I wanted to see what the Ghost E-Teru Pro was like, but it wasn't in my size and Sid explained that the differences between the Pro and Advanced was minimal. Sid went through the spec of the Advanced bike, which was very useful. He went and had a chat with his manager and came back with a deal that I couldn't refuse! I was able to have the bike reserved whilst I sorted out the CycleScheme voucher at work. Once that was all sorted out, the bike was built and delivered within a few days. All throughout the process, Sid was answering my questions via email, etc. The video sent showing you how to build the bike when you received the bike was very handy.

If Carlsberg sold motorbikes it would be Lings of Watton. An absolute pleasure from start to to finish, the salesman, Harry, was very polite, friendly and very helpful and not an ounce of pressure. My first bike in 30 years, so a bit apprehensive but I felt at ease and relaxed at all time. The speed triple 1050 I purchased was absolutely perfect and cant wait for the rain to stop so as I can get properly acquainted with it. I recently had my motorcycle moved by Lings of Watton, and I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish.

The whole process was smooth, well-organised, and completely stress-free. Communication was clear throughout, and everything happened exactly when they said it would. It’s always a bit nerve-wracking trusting someone else with your bike, but they handled it professionally and with real care.

A special mention has to go to Dave, who was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, he made the whole experience easy and reassuring. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and values good customer service.

Good customer service.

As usual at Watton, I was treated in a friendly but professional way. James and Harry are such assets to the company. The rest of the team go out of their way to be helpful too.
