I purchased a used Tiger 900 from lings Suffolk Triumph in Ipswich
I was looked after by Leon, and from start to finish nothing was to much trouble. His attention to detail was second to none. If fact all of the staff I came in contact with were very helpful and friendly.

Friendly and professional staff. My new bike purchase was made straightforward and a pleasurable experience. The only thing they failed to do was arrange some sunshine on the day I collected it!

Very happy with my bike, However!
Very happy with my bike.
Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic.
However, there is a total lack of professionalism. When you ask for someone to contact you, when something is supposed to be done, don't expect it to happen or if you ask for your MOT reminder to be corrected, so you don't get a reminder after it's due date. That doesn't happen either. Parts ordering is vague too.
It feels like the regular staff have gone sick and they've called in the Saturday kids In to run the place.

Happy with branch staff, had a few hiccups that have been dealt with , bike itself had a few minor issues,but now i will deal with them myself, as this was partly my own fault for not examining the vehicle thoroughly,

Purchased a bike from Lings December…
Purchased a bike from Lings December 2023 no problem's and was asked if I wanted to buy a extra years warranty which I declined because I couldn't afford the extra cost at that time but was told that I could purchase the extra years warranty when i was ready in the future so November 27th 2025 rings Lings up to extend warranty i was told they couldn't extend it, i had 4 or 5 catch up calls from Lings over the years with them saying no problem just give us a call when your ready to extend your warranty and we will sort it out for you .
I asked to speak to the manager who just fobbed me off when I was asking questions and then hung up on me when I said that I wasn't happy and was going to put my experience on their website.
Very unhappy with Lings which is a shame because everything was good before this happened.

I first started talking to Leon about a year ago about a Trident 660 and he kept me updated. I finally purchased new Tribute last month after a long test ride. Unfortunately my speech is not perfect but it didn't cause Leon any problems.

Charlie was awesome!
Charlie was awesome. I turned up knowing I wanted a new bike but didn’t know what, Charlie sorted me out to test ride three bikes; Speed Twin, Bobber and Speed Triple. All completely different bikes but he stuck with me and guided me through. I ended up with the limited edition Speed Triple. He promptly sorted the bike out ready for delivery including the extras I wanted. I had a couple of minor issues with the bike after delivery but again, these have been sorted out really fast. Can’t fault Charlie or the team at Triumph Suffolk. Thank you!

I got in touch with Lings about a bike they had for sale. Shauna was great on the phone, got me a video of the bike and offered me a good price for my part exchange. I am in Cumbria, so a very long way from Lings, but they arranged delivery and the bike was with me within a few days. Everyone I dealt with was polite and knowledgeable and gave me the utmost confidence in buying remotely. The bike I received was exactly as described and I am really enjoying it. I will 100% look to purchase from Lings in the future!

My first experience buying from Lings, specifically Triumph Suffolk branch. I purchased a second hand, year old Honda. The experience was smooth, great communication and excellent service with online documentation. I was pleased with how my part ex experience went too, as it was a 27 year old motorbike.
