Nice product, one of the best shaves I had, so impressed I bought two other Jag razors. The shipping is horrendous, unnecessarily slow, but they take your money right away.
Where’s my order? The USPS tracking shows a label created but they haven’t received a package to ship. That was on 02/18/2026? So, where’s my order?

Arrived with multiple items missing
I ordered 2 packs of shaver heads, only one arrived, Unable to get hold of them on their website, got through to someone on Facebook who said they will get back to me. They have advised me they have sent out the razors.

Plus the shaving set you have bought does not include the razor head cover. Same goes for the bowl. The bowl with the shaving set you bought is the bowl without the lid. You can look at the listings to confirm.
If you think there was a mistake made, please let us know and we will rectify this for you.
We do apologise that you have received wrong amount of blades for your razor. Please confirm your address for our records and we will dispatch the blades immediately.

Delivery was late
Delivery was late - not 3-5 days as promised in the website. Packaging needs to be improved. The way it arrived doesn’t reflect it being a luxury gift set.

Great packaging
Thought the concept of going back to what our fathers did is brilliant. Decided to go for the more expensive option and have the soap dish too. The luxury packaging is all part of making you feel you’ve bought into something special. My only criticism is that I thought the soap dish and stand are “tinny” ( Has a made in China feel about it ) so I will be looking for a porcelain replacement. Would I have purchased if I’d seen in a store ... maybe not
