If l could give negative stars l would.
What a load of rubbish. Constant emails telling me when it would be delivered no then emails and text messages or pay tax. Waited in all day and revived a text message to say parcel had been delivered - not at my address. Checked with neighbours. Tried to contact FedEx just kept being told parcel was delivered. Contacted company where present had been ordered from - same excuse it’s been delivered.
Parcel was delivered to another house in the village 500 metres away if that person had not come to my door l would still be waiting. That’s the second time FedEx has let me down in 6 weeks will never use them again. Still waiting for a call into the investigation.

Parcel was delivered undamaged and well within the delivery time slot. Delivery man was smart and tidy and well mannered. A credit to the company.

I ordered my Mille 500 jacket last Friday and it was delivered on Saturday safe and sound.It was well packaged and well presented .

I ordered two items from Jagshaving, a brush and razor stand and a shaving brush on separate days. Both these items were delivered almost by return. Excellent quality and service to match,quick off the mark or what. Keep up the good work!
