The sink we ordered was found to be damaged on arrival but everyone we dealt with at Taps UK was so very helpful offering refund or replacement. We opted for replacement but unfortunately they were out of stock with delivery expected at the end of September. We were promised priority once stocks were received. True to their word, we received notification (earlier that expected) that our sink was due for delivery on 9th September but we were away so telephoned and a new date was provided. Everyone has been so accommodating we would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent service. Had to go out unexpectedly so left a message on the door to leave items in the porch, however the driver kindly left them round the back in the greenhouse. Fantastic! Thank you very much

Ordered new shaving brush, which was delivered in no time at all. Early days to comment really as only used a few times but this far it’s a pleasure to use.

Ordered a Log Store. Delivery was prompt, well within time scales provided. The product is very well made and excellent quality for a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend to others or indeed purchase other items should I require them.
