Ordered popeyes from just eat

Ordered popeyes from just eat. 4 kids meals and 8 tenders. Total £40 worth of order.

I received 1 burger and wings. Complaint to just eat and was told I cant get refund. No reason provided.

Rang popeyes, no one picks up. Automated service tells to look at website for more information.

Rubbish all around. Restaurant and just eat. Writing a review because this is not the first time I have received wrong order and not been refunded.

Worst experience so far

Worst experience so far. I haven't received 3 blankets yet that I ordered for my children for these very cold days, on 13th November and apparently have been dispatched to me more than a week ago. They unfortunately have decided to use Evri as their courier.

Been waiting a week now. 3 times they have lied on tracking, that they tried to deliver and I wasn't in, when infact I was standing on my drive way and I even approached the delivery woman who told me that she doesn't have anything for my address and literally 5 minutes later she marked on tracking she attempted delivery but I wasn't in. Then tracking said for 2 days that my delivery is heavy and will be delivered with special delivery driver and no other communication from the company was received. Now since this morning it says it will be delivered today but they whole day has ended and I haven't heard anything.

Communication is rubbish. Live chat and call never puts me through to actual advisor just tells me its escalated and someone will get back to me within 24 hours which they have done only once even though I have escalated it 5 times.

Absolutely ridiculous and rubbish experience so far. I know it's not directly related to their products but it is the company's duty to make sure the product is delivered to me which isn't yet. I did email them 2 days ago they said they will look into it but no one has gotten back to me.

yes your colleague responded that they will check with the courier what the hold up is. What response did you guys want from me in regards to that email? Someone should have urgently chased up the courier and got back to me with the resolution.

See these kind of responses from your side don't help.

Yes thank god after such a wait and fiasco I did manage to receive the goods

AVOID!

Ordered 3 blankets from a company who has decided to use this useless courier service for delivery.
