I've used many hosting companies for myself and as a webmaster for numerous clients so not to sure why I have never come across Worldstream before.
Really impressed with this hosting company from the word go. Their support is professional, fast but also friendly, especially when you need rapid answers for clients.
All emails have been answered within a few hours which is such a positive for anybody like myself who has been in that position of waiting over 24 hours for a response to be followed by another long wait for the next reply.
I decided to opt for their Dell PowerEdge R250, Intel Xeon E-2336 package which is one of their lower end spec dedicated server. I'm more than happy with the speed and performance and more than that, so is my client.
One great feature is the remote boot and reinstall that is really beneficial when running into problems or the need to change operating systems. This feature is usually seen on VPS hosting not dedicated so much.
So overall Worldstream has performed excellent in their customer service and hosting package.
Really would recommend them to anyone looking for quality hosting.

I discovered this company almost by chance as they don't advertise much. The reason why they don't do it? They don't need it! They are truly fantastic. Products and prices are good, line quality is excellent and they are ready to mitigate unwanted attacks. Another aspect that is certainly excellent is their support! Yes, they have IMPECCABLE support: friendly, fast and always ready to meet the customer's needs. Even from a technical point of view, I haven't found any flaws yet. It's a shame that some services are missing, because given the quality of what they have for sale I would have also entrusted them with other solutions. If you hadn't understood, I'm really happy, almost two years after activation, to be their customer.

Problems with a change from centos to ubuntu, received after 20 minutes help during night (4h30) on a holiday (01-01-2025). They did the installation of Ubuntu, software raid5, mounting, etc .... So five stars which is not enough ....
I don’t think I need to say much about Worldstream, except that I’ve been a loyal client for over seven years. Since 2017, I’ve had zero issues with their service. Every time I’ve contacted them, I’ve received excellent support, whether it was assistance with migration, configuration, or simply answering my questions. They offer great prices, professionalism, and exceptional friendliness.
I’m confident I’ll remain their client for many more years because it’s hard to imagine finding a better service.

We’ve been loyal customers of WorldStream for 15 years, investing thousands of dollars annually into their services. However, our relationship came to an abrupt and disappointing end when WorldStream sent us a cancellation notice that was generated by ChatGPT, giving us just a few days to move our servers. This kind of impersonal, automated response to a long-term business partnership is simply unacceptable. We’re giving them 2 stars, and that’s only because of the 15 years of service prior to this incident.
As a business, terminating a customer with no history of abuse or illegal activity—using a generic, AI-generated email, and on such short notice—shows a complete lack of respect for their clients. Our business has consistently adhered to WorldStream's terms of service without issues, making this sudden cancellation all the more baffling. It appears that anyone using their services could be cut off at any moment, based on nothing more than an algorithmic decision.
We urge potential and current customers of WorldStream to be cautious, as they may find themselves suddenly canceled through an AI-generated message, without any regard for the impact on their business.
This concern also extends to their affiliate, Greenhouse Datacenters, which operates under the same management. We removed all of our racks after this incident and feel sorry for the likes of Dirk Vromans and Lennert Vollebregt, who were once great partners. It’s unfortunate to see that with the new direction, customer care and loyalty have taken a backseat.
We strongly advise any business considering their services to reconsider and prepare for the possibility of being terminated without notice or proper human intervention.

If you just intend to serve tier one people then why not block all other countries from accessing your website and use that as your advertising slogan... "SERVING THE FIRST WORLD COUNTRIES"
