Worldstream support has been consistently great throughout the years we've worked with them.
They respond and follow-up to raised issues within minutes of opening the tickets, then quickly provide explanations of what is wrong and timelines when the issues will be solved. Resolution of various issues is done quickly and sometimes even sooner than said (issues such as part replacement, various configuration changes, etc.). Communication with all support engineers is always professional and polite.
When you can rely on support that will resolve any issue or respond to any question in a timely manner, then you're always inclined to work with that IT provider because the most important thing to any business is availability, and with support like this you're almost guaranteed to have it at 100%
