I booked a kitchen design consultation - it was booked for one hour, the lady was late to start (totally fine, i looked around) but then finished it in 10min - no sitting down together to talk over cabinet with shelves vs drawers option, no discussion over what would optimize the space. Took some basic parameters and that's it. Got my drawings the following day - I asked her to do them im both Ohio and Chester ranges, only got the ohio range. Asked her to ensure the design includes dishwasher and washing machine - no washing machine in the design. Sink was not in the place I wanted it to be. Wall units missing on one wall. Extractor fan shoot sketched to go to the stairs (how would that even be possible????). Total waste of time. I could have done a better job playing around with the cupboards on a piece of paper myself,very disappointed

I visited Wickes Perry Barr today and was greeted by a lady called Teresa whilst looking for some wall paint. What an absolute credit to the store she is. Bubbly and friendly with a Sense of humour!. Great knowledge of the stores paint and made us feel confident we had made the right choice (we are happy to say we did, we are half we spent the little extra now). A credit to Wickes as we hope to see her there again when we need some advice and service.

Ordered online and received a message within a few hours to say my items were ready for collection. When I arrived, everything was already on a trolley and ready to be loaded straight into my car. The service from Wickes was very efficient, quick, and well organised. A great click-and-collect experience.

Victoria was excellent. Our appointment was for an hour and ran over but she was more than happy to make sure we got our perfect kitchen. She was also fantastic with our 5 year old daughter. Thank you so much 😁

I contacted Wickes about replacement windows and was guided towards what I needed. Very friendly and helpful customer service.

Roshan has been really helpful and efficient in helping our school access the Community scheme to enhance the provision for the children. We have been able to fill planters with the compost, paint stones to create mini beasts and use the garden tools to keep our areas tidy.

Prices on till more than what is displayed difference by 10 pence and really rude manager total disgrace on botley oxford

I have been waiting for a refund of £29.55 for a item I cancelled, I spoke to customer service three times but they still haven’t refunded my payment method, there is no excuse for this treating customers this way

Tried returning a door frame to Swindon branch. Packaging was damaged but exactly as supplied by another Wickes. They refused to take it back even though it was clear so see that the product was intact and in good order. When I think of the amount of money and kitchens I have bought in the past, this seems unreasonable. I was not happy and will now go to an alternative store.

My delivery was 2 days late. Almost all of the tiles were smashed which wasn't Wickes fault. Trying to get my tiles replaced has been an uphill battle and this is because I ordered ONLINE. If I had got them from a shop, I would have had an immediate resolution. Having called Wickes online on Wednesday, I was told I would get an email in the afternoon. Didn't happen. Messaged them the next day, still no reply today. So I have called and new tiles have now been arranged but I can't get delivery until sometime next week as booking slots for the weekend are full. If they had done what they said they were going to do on Wednesday, then I wouldn't have been left having to cancel my tradies who have all been held up because of this unnnecessary delay. Poor customer service.

Frankie always makes my experience at wickes great, his help and his customer service skills are truly a credit to him and wickes, I don’t shop anywhere else knowing Frankie is there to assist me,

Brilliant experience with Duncan at Newport Wikes, very professional and personable and very helpful for a first time buyer who is pretty much clueless at the moment! Lovely man, and deserves recognition.

The staff were really helpful, especially Kay, who gave me a lot of helpful advice and hacks on how to paint a room. She also showed me products that made the most sense financially. I felt overwhelmed at first, because it was my first DIY job ever, but she made me feel more confident. Thanks Kay.

From the initial design through to delivery and the final build, Wickes delivered an excellent service. Everything ran to plan with no major issues, and the regular updates throughout made the process so much more convenient than managing it on my own.
The installation team at Piervale were also brilliant—their workmanship was top-notch, and they kept me loop-in on every decision during the fit. I couldn't be happier with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to use Wickes again.

We have recently purchased a kitchen from Wickes. We dealt throughout with Wayne Wright at the Chippenham branch. From start to end he has been outstanding. He has helped us through the whole process, planning, kitchen selection and then linking in with us thru the delivery & installation side. If I was in business offering the services that Wickes offer, Wayne would most definitely feature on my staff. Thank you very much for a 5 star experience.
