DO NOT BUY

I'm so glad ive read other people saying the same about this company. Horrible horrible company to deal with, rude and arrogant. Feel like the advertising for these brushes is so FALSE. They are 100% NOT a detangling brush. It ripped my hair out, my daughters hair and my mum. We all have different hair types as well. Literally the worst brush weve ever used! Absolutely horrendous. Customer Services were so rude . Would give zero stars if possible. If you value your hair or childs hair please please do not buy these brushes or fall for the advertising on social media like I did. Absolutely horrific. How they can get away with selling these products is beyond me, cheap plastic handles as well. AVOID

Affiliate Payment Delay – No Response from Brand

I joined the PopBrush affiliate program via UpPromote. My application was auto-approved, and my commissions are marked as approved in the system.

The brand’s offer page and Terms & Conditions do not mention any influencer or follower requirement. I have completed all necessary steps, including updating my payment details.

I have tried contacting the brand via email and social media regarding my payment, but have not received a response. I am simply waiting for my approved commission to be processed.

I hope this feedback helps clarify the situation and ensures that approved affiliates receive their rightful payouts promptly.

Ordered this 9 days ago and got a confirmation email… that’s it! Heard nothing else. Was due to be relieved 5 days ago. I have emailed the company last week but still had no response from them! Poor!!

This brush is not all what it seems to be I have video proof that it doesn’t work and all these other reviews must be fake to get it to where it is I wish I could post this video to save wills money and false hope.

So far very disappointed with this…

So far very disappointed with this company. I ordered from them on the 17th September and it is now the 27th and I have not received anything, despite being told that it would take 5-7 working days. I’ve received 2 emails telling me my ‘order is on the way’ with a tracking link, which does not work when I click it. I’ve also received a couple of emails with an impact discount code to add more to my order with 60% off - guys please fulfil my original order before asking me to add to it! I have emailed the company TWICE asking politely for an update on my order and I have not received a reply. Popbrush - do not tell me you have replied to my emails like you have to other customers because I have checked my inbox as well as my spam/junk folder thoroughly and there is no response in either to my emails. Also do not threaten me that defamatory posts are punishable by law - what I have stated are simple facts. I’m a first time buying customer and deserve to receive my order when promised - or at least an update if there is a delay. Do better as a company. And if you do choose to reply to this comment, please can you reply here with a date of when I am to expect my order???

Great products / Slow delivery

Great products. Super slow delivery and no communication from them to explain where the delivery was up to.

Reply- You don’t scare anyone with that comment. It took around 3 weeks to arrive. Like I said great product but poor delivery. And there was no communication before the dispatch so nothing for 3 weeks. Nothing defamatory just facts.

Sorry, but really bad service

I really liked my hair brushes, but they broke and for that reason I ordered two new ones - one for present. Unfortunately, the package of the brushes did not fit the need of the brushes. The bristles of both brushes were twisted. I contacted popbrush twice to return the brushes and still waiting for response. The only thing I received was an email to give feedback. Here we go...
Actually, I gave my case to PayPal to clear it.

Ordered on 14th August.
Its now September and the brush hasnt even left China yet. Their delivery claims are totally made up.....

Where is the customer service?

I've ordered from this company before and had no issues. However, this time it's been over a week since placing my order and I've still not received a dispatch notification. I've emailed numerous times as well as trying to contact them on messenger and Instagram, and I've not had a single response.

Still waiting for my items to arrive

Still waiting for my items to arrive, and the delivery time frame has now passed (5-7 working days) it would be nice to receive a courtesy email from the company to confirm the delivery is taking longer, that would stop me from feeling anxious that the brushes might not ever arrive!

I did email the company 4 days ago but no response so far. Order is stuck as ‘order confirmed’ on the website. Quite frustrating, I’m hoping these do arrive soon!

I’m also hoping the company don’t respond to this review with threats of legal action and claims of slander; I am an honest, hard working person who simply wants to know when the purchase I made will arrive, that is not unreasonable.

Absolutely disgrace

Absolutely disgrace. Scam. Placed order over month ago, still waiting. Contacted Yodel, they said never received the order. I had sent numerous emails to Popbrush , one response to wait. Asked them to give me a refund. NOTHING back.

Ridiculously slow delivery & no communication!

The brush itself is OK, but don't order one if you want it quickly- when I ordered the delivery estimate was 7-10 days. I only just had it delivered today 5 weeks later!!!
I did email customer services 3 weeks ago but didn't get a reply. The only communication I got was a tracking link 4 days ago!!.

AVOID!

I purchased three brushes. When ordering, the delivery time advised was "Our packages are shipped with premium delivery using tracking within 5 to 7 business days.". After waiting a week and not having even had a notification the brushes had been dispatched, I sent an email. I received a fairly quick response stating "I just forwarded your request to the logistics department. They will check and give us a proper answer shortly. We will come back to you as soon as we get their answer.". I heard nothing further. I waited a few more days and then decided to ask for cancellation of my order and a refund. I received no response. I finally received the order over three weeks after placing it and the brushes are not what I was hoping for. They are damaged (bent/crushed bristles) and in my opinion poor quality for the price. I will contact pop brush again to ask for a return and refund but I don't hold out much hope! Avoid!

Ordered 17th April and still awaiting delivery, its now 11th May. Absolutely no replies to messages asking when my order will be received. The tracking link does not work which makes me believe it is fake and I will not be receiving my order.
Do not buy from here.

Ordered on 13th April and still waiting…

Ordered on 13th April and still waiting for order. I have emailed 3 times, DM on Instagram twice and had no response. I have commented on their posts on Facebook and Instagram and they delete the comments! Will be taking action to get my money back and have a really upset little girl! I understand delays happen but no follow up or response to my messages is extremely poor customer service.
I have screen shots of my comments and then the same posts where my comments have been deleted so I hope popbrush won’t lie and say they have been in touch with me as I’ve seen in response to other reviewers. If you spent as much time contacting customers who have given you their money as you do to discrediting those who you have stolen money from perhaps you’d have better reviews! 😳
Dreadful company!
EDIT: I have sent all my evidence to the bank who are dealing with this. Happy to send it all to your lawyers too!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMOANY. Ordered 3 brushes on the 18th of April. Website states 5-7 working days but it's 2 weeks later and I've heard nothing. Emailed to chase it up and have heard nothing back. It's definitely a scam and coincidently now receiving A LOT of phishing emails which is very suss.
AVOID!

EDIT - I did not receive any reply from when I chased up the order. I was ignored completely and even a response to this has taken weeks!
The brushes eventually arrived - nearly a month later - but they are not worth the wait. Very disappointing all round and won't be recommending to anyone. Just reading the response I've received and other customers on trust pilot shows the level of customer service - awful.
