AVOID!

I purchased three brushes. When ordering, the delivery time advised was "Our packages are shipped with premium delivery using tracking within 5 to 7 business days.". After waiting a week and not having even had a notification the brushes had been dispatched, I sent an email. I received a fairly quick response stating "I just forwarded your request to the logistics department. They will check and give us a proper answer shortly. We will come back to you as soon as we get their answer.". I heard nothing further. I waited a few more days and then decided to ask for cancellation of my order and a refund. I received no response. I finally received the order over three weeks after placing it and the brushes are not what I was hoping for. They are damaged (bent/crushed bristles) and in my opinion poor quality for the price. I will contact pop brush again to ask for a return and refund but I don't hold out much hope! Avoid!

Excellent In-Store Service

The service in store, SCS located in Basilon (Essex), was excellent and could not be faulted. We were served by a gentleman called Paul for our sofas (a 3-seat recliner and a swivel chair) and a gentleman called Terry for the carpets.

Prices were as expected, nowadays what with this constant sales there's very little between the major furniture chains; therefore, it is service that for me drives the sale. Both Paul and Terry were very pleasant, personable and did not try to drive a hard sale. They both took us through the pros and cons of different product attributes and although we purchased the care package I feel as though if we did not want it then they would not have tried to push it.

Overall a great in-store experience and I would recommend them.

I should add, delivery won't be for about 9 weeks or so, therefore this review is based solely on the in-store experience as after sale service (delivery etc) is yet to occur.
