Ordered on 13th April and still waiting…

Ordered on 13th April and still waiting for order. I have emailed 3 times, DM on Instagram twice and had no response. I have commented on their posts on Facebook and Instagram and they delete the comments! Will be taking action to get my money back and have a really upset little girl! I understand delays happen but no follow up or response to my messages is extremely poor customer service.
I have screen shots of my comments and then the same posts where my comments have been deleted so I hope popbrush won’t lie and say they have been in touch with me as I’ve seen in response to other reviewers. If you spent as much time contacting customers who have given you their money as you do to discrediting those who you have stolen money from perhaps you’d have better reviews! 😳
Dreadful company!
EDIT: I have sent all my evidence to the bank who are dealing with this. Happy to send it all to your lawyers too!!
