So far very disappointed with this company. I ordered from them on the 17th September and it is now the 27th and I have not received anything, despite being told that it would take 5-7 working days. I’ve received 2 emails telling me my ‘order is on the way’ with a tracking link, which does not work when I click it. I’ve also received a couple of emails with an impact discount code to add more to my order with 60% off - guys please fulfil my original order before asking me to add to it! I have emailed the company TWICE asking politely for an update on my order and I have not received a reply. Popbrush - do not tell me you have replied to my emails like you have to other customers because I have checked my inbox as well as my spam/junk folder thoroughly and there is no response in either to my emails. Also do not threaten me that defamatory posts are punishable by law - what I have stated are simple facts. I’m a first time buying customer and deserve to receive my order when promised - or at least an update if there is a delay. Do better as a company. And if you do choose to reply to this comment, please can you reply here with a date of when I am to expect my order???
