Good company - good support - great instructor - lots of solid experience passed on to students to give a good stead into the industry.

I did my training with Paradigme security solutions and it was tough with real life experiences mixed in, the experience of ex SAS trainers who have real life experiences to pass on surpass other trainers in the field and after service is top notch. follow up training is always available

Completed both CP and hostile environment courses with Paradigm and coudn't fault it. It was very apparant that not only could Rob teach all aspects but that his knowledge came from personal experience which led to additional insight that perhaps other companies might fall short. Also it would appear that Paradigm have an exceptional reputation in the security industry making introductions relatively easy. Couldn't recommend enough.

I recently had the opportunity to complete advanced training in covert surveillance and intelligence operations, as well as close protection, with PSS. The experience was incredible, and I cannot speak highly enough of Rob, who was our trainer. I have trained with PSS for numerous courses over the last few years, including CP and advanced covert surveillance.
Rob was excellent in the way he delivered the courses and went the extra mile to help if needed.
All courses have many practical elements so you are not just sat in the classroom for days on end. Also i have found that the practical parts of the course are very realistic in regards to what to expect from carrying out a live task.
I have kept in contact with rob over the years and he has been very supportive and helpful with my career.
Im summary, i would not hesitate to reccommend PSS to anyone wanting to persue a career in the private security industry.

The training at Paradigm was first class, delivered by excellent trainers/instructors.

Completed Close Protection Top Up Course with Rob and was impressed from the start. The whole set up accommodation classrooms and his team are second to none. Rob was always on hand to answer any questions or just chat with the lads making everyone feel welcome.

It’s the place to go to if you want to learn the craft from the top tie operators and industry experts! The facilities are most realistic, and training methods are very demanding but after the course and into the practice the stuff that is thought kicks is like it is the most natural thing and you realise how useful they are in moments of need!

The Training at PSS is without question the best in the world,
I have been on many training course for various things,
But this just beats anything our there, Rob is there though out the process, even when the course is finished he continues with support, no where else you can this kind of level of training,
They always say train with the best, get trained the right way, well this is it just incredible, Rob is a
Tier one special forces instructor, that's says it all get trained by the best in the business.

Did my CP top up course with Paradigm Security Solutions, My only regret after the Course is that I had not known of them when I did my CP course 9 years ago, very professional and educational. Rob is a great trainer and down to earth person who is easy to get along with. If I know anyone who wants to do any course I will be highly recommend they train with this company. Hopefully I will get some more courses done in the future with them. A*.

First class delivery off resident and external instructors. I completed my FPOS with Paradigm, easy to absorb the course syllabus from Rob Paxman.

I had to re do all my Close Protection qualifications and chose Paradigm Security Solutions. It has an ex 22 Instructor that has forgot more than you know and is an great instructor. The best place to get credible CP training. The courses were fantastic and you learn all the important and useful knowledge and skills, not the flashy useless stuff like Krav Maga that other less credible courses offer. Ive attended 3 times and love the place. Cant wait to go back again as its like a holiday for me. Rob is a top bloke and treats all his students like family.

From close protection to surveillance, Hostile environment, FPOSi, business administration, pen-testing, CP-Top Up a great courses that I really enjoyed ,provided by ROB PAXMAN 22 SAS.
ROB was extremely professional, very knowledgeable he goes above and beyond and excellent , with decades worth of real world experience .
I must admit I came away with a better understanding of CP, which has enhanced and further will enhance my existing role
