I wrote to Tatami about a Gi that had sadly shrunk beyond expected 5%. I sent all of my images to prove this along with pics of labels for tracking. I explained that I followed all gi care strictly. I asked for an exchange in any available. Karen wrote to me this morning saying that she is sending a new one out to me asap. This is above and beyond. Thanks Karen, very much appreciated and look forward to receiving my replacement gi. Awesome 🤩
