Tasty…

I've only had a couple of deliveries off "Tom", but the accuracy and presentation of the package and contents are just impeccable. Content is fresh and tasty, there is a joy receiving parcels ordered with this company!

No delivery

I ordered for the festive period, on the basis they would be delivered by 24th December. I'm still waiting! No response off the customer service portal either. No explanation from the courier doesn't help. Won't be ordering again.

Very informative…

Very informative along the delivery aspect, the couriers/delivery "persons" were very polite and courteous during the brief interaction. Delivered with care and professional service.

Always a pleasure.

Always a pleasure to interact with the bank staff. I've never had a bad experience, even when things weren't going great financially for me. They've always stood by me and helped where possible. Their security protocols are first class, they're always on hand to act immediately if there's an issue.

A heart-felt scone!l…

Although I was being inundated on social media about this particular product, I do love all things Cornish! So dived in, ordered the cream tea experience (heart shaped) and,well I wasn't disappointed. Beautifully packed products, like someone gave a monkeys what they were doing. The contents were amazing, so pleased with the order.
I'm definitely a returning customer. Go try this company. They've clearly got it right!

Not a broker in sight!

I'd been with a mortgage broker for 5months trying to secure a new fixed rate with a volatile market. There was an impasse with my wife's earnings and contract giving rise to the underwriters to delay a new contract.
I went online with my current provider, Kensington, and secured a new fixed rate in around 4 minutes!!
Happy that my new 3 year deal was secured with Kensington competitive with the big greedy High Street providers. Glad my hard earned money isn't going their way!

I use the app for everything

I use the app for everything. I rarely have to speak to anyone as I can navigate through the process and complete everything online. I like that I can see where all my money is, what bills are about to leave etc

A refreshing change

I've been with First Direct for over 20 years. The main reason was so I didn't have to interact with opinionated tellers when I went into a bank. However my time with First Direct has been a breath of fresh air. Through affluent times and times I've struggled with finances. They've always listened and been approachable without judging. I find doing business via the app, for most of my needs is a bonus. A really easy app to navigate around.

Paw charm loves it

Ordered my items, which was easy to follow on the Pandora site. They arrived really promptly. I liked the way the product is presented, with a bit of care and love I ordered the new dog paw charm as my wife is besotted with the new puppy. She absolutely loves it!

It wasn't a great time to swap

It wasn't a great time to swap. I was found Utility Point to change with. It has been a terrible experience. I went from £92 for both utilities to £274! Hence I left, but one day over the 14 day period. I'm owed money from the experience, £102. I'm still waiting and have involved the relevant Ombudsman as Utility Point still refuse to pay back what they owe. Ongoing needlessly for over 2 months now! Stay away from Utility Point, nightmare company to deal with.

If the deal we found for you did not present an accurate saving then it is very likely that the quote we have made for you during the signup process was incorrect. In this case, we can absolutely recalculate your quote based on more accurate figures. We can work together to input your correct information so we can run a much more accurate switch for you.

It sounds as if the usage figures we have used weren't correct. If we have used your usage in pounds instead of kWh/year this would have an impact on your switch-search.

I would like to clarify that these figures are only an average, please remember you are on a fixed-rate tariff. This means that while your monthly payment might vary, the rates and charges of your tariff will not change during the course of your contract. You will only ever pay for the energy that you use.

Although the product I ordered was more than satisfactory, the absence of the gift message on the item spoilt it. I think I paid for this option for my daughters 18th, but couldn't find the message to her on the item. Otherwise a 5. Star.

The switch wasn't or didn't meet my high expectations on saving money. It was all rather frustrating and I was out if pocket. Hence I returned to the previous supplier.
