I used Paradigm Security Services for some great advice on Hostile issues and penetration testing of sites. I worked for A Government Agency and the Professionalism and advice given by experienced people at the Company make it Outstanding. They are the go to people in this and many fields.

I’ve known Rob for a few years and have worked for him as a volunteer helping with his courses, the guy is highly professional, knowledgeable and knows his stuff, I can’t recommend him enough for any company’s needs

As a previous trainee from pss i can with all honesty recommended rob 150% I have not only became friends with rob I have completed fully every course he offers I have also worked for rob on tasks as team leader etc the level of training and development is second to none and like everything in life if you put in the effort you will come away highly trained and ready to work at a professional standard within the private Sector not only have I achieved this I have had a very successful career and business allowing me to take early retirement

There isn't an other company that offers FREE accommodation, though basic, but FREE included in the cost of the course. Also the training being delivered from a GENUINE Ex B Sqn 22 SAS member with a CV that most other companies can only dream or lie about. In short, if you want the best training and funded towards the course then look no further than Paradigm Security.

What a crock, most of these reviews are false! Very very careful of the SAS crap!! I was left with a huge Learner loan debt with nothing to show for it and I'm not the only one, I don't know where to begin how bad Paxman is. Training was awful.
Accommodation was vile. Dirty cold and damp.
He is a drunk and fabricated lies constant while reheating a 6 month old curry that he charge me for . Stay well clear. I now have to go to the British legion for help with my combat stress

What a brilliant and an amazing company and place to be! After having been scammed and messed around from another provider ‘Phoenix’, I contacted Rob and asked for help to get me retrained. He did an amazing job doing so and I can say that I learned much, much more with Rob in 6 days than I did over 3 weeks with an awful company who claim to be ‘world leaders’. Rob’s experience and knowledge within the industry and being such a respected man in the industry as well.. speaks for itself. I cant express how much I appreciate the work that he has shown me in this short amount of time. The fact that I can hand on heart say that I would feel comfortable in going out on task and actually using the skills and knowledge that Rob has taught me, says a lot! If you ever want to begin your new career in CP, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rob and the team! Really looking forward to getting further training with Rob to enhance my new career as CP very soon.

I recently sat my CP course with paradigm and what an experience!! The course was very well ran by all the very knowledgeable instructors. Mr Paxman is a very well respected man in the industry with experience in multiple avenues and a very knowledgeable man to learn from. The facilities in the accommodation is spot on a fully equipped kitchen shower facilities and toilets. I was the only female attending the course I had my own bedroom separate shower facilities and separate toilet. I have to say I felt very comfortable at the accommodation and during the whole course . I would highly recommend paradigm and I look forward to booking in for further courses to expand my knowledge in other fields. A huge thank you to all instructors for sharing and passing on your Knowledge and experience I look forward to returning back. The prices are excellent and the FPOS first aid was brilliant also well worth attending.

I completed my surveillance and close protection course. It’s a no brainer to choose these guys. The experience and lessons from a mentor who’s willing to tell you nothing but the truths about the industry goes a long way. It has lead to me being successful in my first year in the industry. Every job I’ve been on, I’ve always reminded myself on the discussions we’ve had in this course. Rob’s professional. He tells you where you’ve gone wrong and you’ll learn from the mistakes you make. He also has a great community of mentors around him.

Turn up if you’re willing to work hard and learn. I assure you, you’ll be glad you did.

Just done my sia CP top up and full fpos medical course and the course trainers were Very thorough. They Explained everything easily. Will definitely look to come back to paradigm security solutions for further top-up training and other training in the future

The CPPI and FPOS top up was amazing, I enjoyed the first person response and training that was delivered. The facilities were amazing and transport. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants professional training.

I’ve just completed my CPO training with Paradigm Security Solutions.

I undertook considerable due diligence to select a provider and sorted the wheat from the chaff. I spoke with people in the industry and former students and it was increasingly clear that Paradigm Security Solutions was seen as a “cut above”.

At 54 years of age, I’m perhaps not the normal age demographic for undertaking the qualification, and I had concerns around that but was able to have direct contact with Rob himself, and over a couple of messages and phone calls was happy that Paradigm's training was for me.

From start to finish the course was fantastic. Rob concentrates on starting by delivering the basics well, building your knowledge and understanding from the ground up, and leaving you confident by the end that you could drop into a team the next day and perform like a seasoned professional.
The course is intense, with late nights of planning and prep for practical operations, but one of the huge benefits of Paradigm is there is basic but well-equipped, military-style barrack accommodation provided, free of charge. (and you are living and training in what is essentially a private museum of SAS and military operations memorabilia that you’d happily pay a fee to visit!) The biggest benefit of this is it allows the team to gel and support each other throughout the course, not having to leave after training is finished and work on your own, and staff are on-site and willing to help and offer advice wherever needed outside of those normal training times.

In short, I had high expectations for the course based on Robs background and experience and Paradigm's reputation for providing first-class training. Happy to report that those high expectations were exceeded at every turn.

Where to start... my personality.. I can be a bit egotistical at times and critical of others and there business.

Hand on heart, this course has changed me within a week. Rob and his team have managed to pick me apart and show me to put aside that immature mindset and become a real team player. My team player confidence is now high and some of the older guys in there 60's and younger teens have also said the same in a course review. They havnt just showed me what it is to be a real leader but how to put leadership skills into practise as part of my role In a close protection team on the ground (which you won't find you are able to do at other companies as they don't take you out into the real world in live scenarios). We covererd surveillance, foot patrols, protected people in a unit and much more.

On top of the above value for money experiences, you also get a unique barrack style accommodation and this is included in the price, which is fantastic as you don't have them extra hotel costs ! This didn't only help get me in the zone to produce work with the help of their 24 hr support staff and my team mates (which are now like family to me) this also enabled me to enjoy the course outside of lesson hours because I wasn't wasting my money on hotels. We would every few days go into town and grab a meal together and have a pint to relax and be able to form a close-knit group as a result of this.

The accommodation is located in a rural area about a 10 minute drive away from the nearest town, so is peacefull and a short distance away from town which caters for both social and more unsociable individuals.

Now and again, one of the kind staff will offer to cook a meal for everyone which we would sit down together and have whilst we watched a film which is a bonus! .. so they are experts in keeping up team morale and creating team cohesion. They really know what group conformity is, getting us firing on all cylinders together to perform in our roles. The guys are outstanding. They are intelligent, funny and full of stories to tell to get you interested in the course topics and they know when to be inspiring and professional. I can't stress enough how well balanced they are as instructors and how you can put your faith in them to get you through the course. You can literally relax, loose control and trust them to get you through the course which for someone like me is hard to do as I am used to dealing with all life obstacles by myself.

Lastly, Rob and his associates are 2nd to none as x- special forces soldiers. You really will get put ahead of the que when waiting for them jobs to come up. Rob has brilliant networking platforms and has already been able to put us through to potential employers.

Top top guys, very good guys. You won't find any better value for money anywhere so I wouldn't waste your time looking for another place to train. Just go do it with the pro's.

Rob Paxman and PSS are a very established security team and training provider.
A guy who has experience at the very top level of operations when serving with UKSF.
This, in turn is taught to students, and many other companies etc who request a level of expertise only PSS can deliver.
A professional delivered course and you can come away knowing you have the potential to do well in the wider CP/SURV community.
The course is designed to stretch and test you as an individual and as a group.
Leave your ego at the door and I almost guarantee you will have a friend and tutor to lean on and ask for advise for years to come.
PSS is a community within a very small industry and its needed.
Cant speak highly enough about Rob. And I hope PSS go from strenght to strenght.
