Nicola in particular was outstanding through the process. It has been a particularly difficult journey with the stamp duty demand, and our seller's solicitors lack of response and Nicola supported us incredibly. I felt like the purchase was in good hands with Nicola and she listened to our concerns and put our minds at ease that she was on top of everything, which she was. Super proactive, responsive, empathetic, responsive and a generally a great person.

I look forward to dealing with Nicola again for when we decide to purchase.

Football boots turned up damaged. The tongue looked like it has been bent 30 different ways in comparison to the other boot. Returning and unimpressed with the quality control.

We worked with Paul in Wimbledon to sell our one-bed flat in Wimbledon and he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, responsive, transparent and trustworthy.

I'm really disappointed with service from Accor which affected our stay at the Rixos - Bab Al Bahr.

On landing from our flight at midnight, we got an email saying that our stay has been canceled. This is not what you want to see when two females have landed in a foreign country with no data and possibly nowhere to sleep in the middle of the night.

When calling they explained that Accor had cancelled our booking with no explanation. The staff at Rixos sorted this for us in the end.

What this means now, is that we felt unsafe, no communication with accor, I will miss out on Accor points as well as Avios with british airways as my transaction was cancelled.

Awful communication when trying to get my parcel delivered. Still not arrived and was meant to arrive a week ago on next day delivery. Mixture between FedEx and tred.

I received my adidas trainers and went to change the laces. When I took the laces out one of the lace rings popped out.

I have filed a complaint but have heard nothing back!

NUCO are n amazing, well-trusted company! I had never used them, or even heard of them before.

They managed to find us a great deal in Val Thorens including everything we needed.

All the agents were super helpful from booking the trip until we unfortunately had to turn around midway through our travel to the slopes due to covid19.

Throughout the debacle NUCO were SUPER helpful, and really quick at responding to inquiries. We were stranded in Geneva for 2 days and they helped us with everything we needed.

Refunds were given within 14 days of arriving back in the UK without us having to do much at all. Hugely efficient and will definitely be booking again through them.

We worked with Will Roberts on our first time buy and we've successfully completed with no issues!
