I'm really disappointed with service…

I'm really disappointed with service from Accor which affected our stay at the Rixos - Bab Al Bahr.

On landing from our flight at midnight, we got an email saying that our stay has been canceled. This is not what you want to see when two females have landed in a foreign country with no data and possibly nowhere to sleep in the middle of the night.

When calling they explained that Accor had cancelled our booking with no explanation. The staff at Rixos sorted this for us in the end.

What this means now, is that we felt unsafe, no communication with accor, I will miss out on Accor points as well as Avios with british airways as my transaction was cancelled.
