Although our sale didn't end up completing, Hodders were great throughout.
Nicola in particular was outstanding through the process. It has been a particularly difficult journey with the stamp duty demand, and our seller's solicitors lack of response and Nicola supported us incredibly. I felt like the purchase was in good hands with Nicola and she listened to our concerns and put our minds at ease that she was on top of everything, which she was. Super proactive, responsive, empathetic, responsive and a generally a great person.
I look forward to dealing with Nicola again for when we decide to purchase.
